The shared restrooms in that food truck lot are disgrossting, and inspired me to ride with a full bladder nearly an hour to get back to Beaverton rather than use their facilities. For those who don't know, a baklava is a layered pastry desert made of filo dough, filed with chopped nuts, and sweetened with syrup or honey. This biz uses walnuts and pistachio. They sell them in either large triangle shape or bite size. The bite sizes come in groups of 9 or 12. At my most recent visit to the Hollywood farmers market, I got 9 bite size pistachio baklavas. And they were incredible. Such a delicious flavor and texture. I love the bite size so I could enjoy them one by one, and they kept well for a few days. My main feedback to the business would be to make pricing transparent: post the cost, ideally, or have the seller state it up front. Totally delicious treat worth trying!

MY ORDER: ~ (#24) Tri-meat over basmati rice, $15. This plate came with sides of hummus and cucumber taziki. It had gyro slices, lamb and chicken shawarma, and was simply tasty together in that warm pita bread. ~ (#29) Falafels over basmati rice $15. Another full plate of tastiness as well! The falafels were a good size and filling. ~ (#42) Dolmas, $8. Now, I'm not sure how many pieces are supposed to come with this, but we had at least six. I loved the texture, but it was super lemony. Overall, this little pod has plenty to choose from. They definitely have a "bar food" type of menu, but also have salad options. Average to above average in price, I'd say. The lamb meat very tender, veggies nicely cut and fresh, and the sauces were flavorful with a slight taste of dill. My son loved the beef shawarma plate and asked if we could eat here more often. Both came with fries, and while not cheap at $28 for both, they definitely filled us up. Glad there is another food option in town and we will be back!
