The issue is that the picture on the menu board has no description of what comes in the item, so there's no way to know it includes cucumber and jicama unless you're already familiar with it. There was no clarification offered and no willingness to fix it. It was frustrating to be dismissed instead of helped. A simple correction or clearer menu description would have made all the difference. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling unheard and disappointed.
