He was busy with another drop off across the county, but had excellent communication and got to me at the time he said he would. The second time was just yesterday, my husband's truck needed a new axel, he followed the same steps. It's very hard to meet a mechanic that's honest, transparent, knowledgeable, and doesn't gauge you or make up unnecessary repairs. The first tow company dropped me after I asked if I could also ride along. After getting switched to E tow I was told 90-130 minutes but Edwin (the owner) was able to get me my tow truck in 45 minutes. His son came and I also got to catch that ride down and he was super nice. We encountered another issue when we got to the Fix It in Kearny Mesa and they were closed up so I couldn't drop off my truck. The insurance company asked if he could just quote me a difference from there to my house and they would reimburse.
