Worried that it would cost a fortune to get our vehicle towed we called here. The gentleman we talked to was friendly and the quote was reasonable. Pretty sure I left a review back in October for this god awful company. Like it should be called NO…read morehope towing. AAA sent them to the scene of my accident. The guy wouldn't say a single word to me, didn't handle my car with care and literally dropped it 4 feet from the curb. My 83 year old dad had to come with his towing dolly's (which I'm pretty sure the driver had) to push it closer to the curb. I thought I'd be nice and tip the driver ten bucks. Considering it was LITERALLY around the block I felt that was more than fair. That was the only moment he barely broke a smile. Like thanks jerk! I was just completely traumatized and now you're gonna treat me like dirt? In case you're wondering it was Friday October 17 probably about 3pm Larch and Palm in Colton.

I would like to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to OMAR at Hope Towing. My car suddenly died on the 215 South…read moreat around 10:00 PM, and I could only manage to steer the car into the triangle space between the freeway and the merging downward ramp on the right side. There were big rigs flying down the ramp to merge onto the freeway, so you can imagine how scary it was. Despite having my emergency light on, I was in a very unsafe location. Omar called first to make sure he knew exactly where I was. He showed up so fast and he must of sensed how panicked I was because he quickly took charge in the most compassionate and empathetic way. The customer service was off the charts. It turned out that my fuel gauge was stuck on the halfway mark and I had run out of gas. He put in a couple gallons of gas and escorted me to the nearest gas station and stayed with me until he was sure the car started correctly and I could get home safely. Hope Towing, if you are reading this, please give Omar a raise. He deserves it. He's out there giving outstanding customer service and providing the best marketing/advertising for your company! If I could give him 10 stars, I would! Thank you again, Omar!

If you need something hauled or moved, Mike is your guy! My…read morewife and I had our truck break down in a strange town while hauling a 45-foot long fifth wheel trailer. While we went with the tow truck to the shop, Mike went to the parking lot where our RV was stranded, hooked it up and towed it to the RV park. He then waited for us to get there to make sure everything went well. And when we got there, we found the space we were assigned was too small. So Mike towed our RV to another temporary spot. Then, a day later, once our spot was ready, he came back and towed it to the proper spot. Then he stayed around to help make sure everything was leveled and hooked up correctly. He has had over 20 years experience moving trailers. Our space was tight and quite difficult to navigate, and I couldn't have maneuvered our fifth wheel into it on a bet! But it was no problem for Mike! Mike was courteous, kind, very professional, and did an absolutely outstanding job! I would not hesitate to use his services again, and I cannot recommend him highly enough! If you need anything towed, you should without question hire Mike, I promise you won't regret it! P.S I posted this same review on Mike's Google page. Just letting you know so *you* know this is not spam, but a true and honest review of a man who offers great service!
