The Ube Sweet Bread was great! So glad we stopped on our driving tour. Recommend heating it up just a bit.

Finally made it to Da Bread Stand and got some yummy sweetbread (pineapple, mango, and Banana) and assorted cookies. Can't wait to try them. I love supporting small businesses.

You MUST STOP here when driving by. Easy area to park and the pineapple bread is AMAZING!!!! I love that it's pulled by a 4 wheeler so you know they're local and I definitely want to support local. Again, did I mention it was AMAZING!!

In the middle of the loaf is a filling-like area of whatever flavor you chose that oozes through the bread.

There is parking and there are plenty of tables to sit & enjoy. There are signs indicating where the food court area is located. It is nice and ample to eat your Malasada or donut. This spot is located in a food court area and was actually the only place open when we arrived. Since it is a stall, there is not too much to say other than there were two people working and a large display case filled with donuts, with malasadas in the back. After looking things over I asked if they had a lilikoi circle donut. They did not, but they recommended a strawberry glazed donut with lilikoi filling and I went with that. It came out nicely decorated with a pink glaze and a small dab of cream on top with a butterfly. When I bit into it I was happy with the flavor. The donut itself was light and fluffy and the strawberry glaze was solid. The real standout though was the lilikoi filling, which had that great balance of sharpness and sweetness and paired really well with the donut. My dad ordered a coconut malasada and said it was really good as well. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. They had a big selection of donuts, I enjoyed mine, and I would like to try their malasadas next time.

You can either drop some cash into the little metal box on the table or use the Venmo code under the lid. We picked up 3 loaves, some apple bananas, and avocados on our first day. Then, we went back near the end of our trip to get a few more! They were sold out, but there's a number to call and the baker's husband brought out a few piping hot loaves of bread. Wow!!! It's even more amazing when it's hot. I do a lot of baking and I make a lot of banana muffins, and even I'm impressed with Jeanette's skill. The bread is perfectly caramelized on the outside, the sprinkle of crushed mac nuts and sugar on top, with the moist interior is just perfect. Our kids were fighting daily at breakfast for the "end pieces", lol! We'll definitely be back someday! Mahalo!

The loaves are topped with a sweet topping containing macnuts that make it unique and better than the rest. It's moist and flavorful, definitely one of the best banana breads I've had while visiting the Hawaiian islands. It's also super affordable at $4 per loaf. You pay via honor system through Venmo. When we arrived around 6:15pm, there were no more loaves in the cooler but there were a few phone numbers with a note posted on the cooler that said to please call if there were no more loaves so they can bring some up :) The owners are super kind and happily brought up some more loaves so we can purchase some. I think they said they filled the cooler with 52 loaves before they left for the day! I don't have a picture of the loaves because we ate them so quickly but just trust me when I say this is a must stop and you won't regret it!

But cake? Nothing else ? Not even Haupia ? I've baked cakes for years. I wanted another local bakery to do this surprise for us and such a disappointment, clearly over baked and done the day before. Wasn't fresh. For the price it was a huge miss. Frosting was nice. And yes sadly we will finish the $80 6 " inch around Vanilla on vanilla cake with Ube ice cream. Highly recommend.

Every beverage was delicious! The young lady, who made them was very sweet, friendly, and soft spoken. The young lady helping my brother with the sweets was also very nice & friendly. There were tables and a seating area with couches and a little gift shop displaying colorful artwork by local artists all illuminated by interesting lighting. We definitely want to return before we leave to try their gelato. But, we will also pick up more desserts because their baked goods were truly scrumptious, which included Lilikoi pie, flourless chocolate cake, a variety of cannolis, cookies, and Ricotta pound cake. We were on a sugar high but that's vacation in Hawaii for you! Aloha!
