    The Banana Bread Stand!
    Kaitlyn C.

Everyone must try!!! Some of the best banana bread I've ever had! The added bonus is it had Macadamia Nuts on it! So delish and very well made! We were visiting from California and came across this wonderful hidden gem on Google! So Glad we stopped and we even got to have a quick chat with the maker herself. The sweetest couple. Thank you for sharing your delicious bread with us!

This was a roadside self serve banana bread spot! Hands down the best banana bread on the island, the sugar and mac nut topping made each bite so good. The inside was ever so slightly dry but it was amazingly flavorful. Each loaf is $4 and they were also selling 3 small bananas for $1.

What a hidden gem! Self-served roadside stand, selling banana bread loaves in a cooler. $4/loaf. The nuts and the sugar on top brings it to the next level. Moist and flavorful!!! Pay cash or by venmo.

The Banana Bread Spot is THEEEEEE spot for banana bread! Best banana bread I have ever had! The macadamia nuts and sugar sprinkled on top are such a hit. Banana bread is nice and fluffy. The self service - honorary system is as simple as it gets. Pay and then take your loaf! The stand is in a lovely quiet area of the jungle which makes it 100000x more beautiful. We will be back, Big Island! -From CA

Most incredible banana bread ever! So moist, sweet, and full of banana flavor! Wish I would've bought more.

Worth every mile! We're staying in Waikoloa and drove out just for this banana bread--so glad we did. It's moist, fluffy, and packed with the freshest macadamia nuts (tastes like they were just collected!). When we arrived, no one was at the stand--it's an honor system, so you leave your payment and open the cooler. Inside were gorgeous loaves waiting for us. We bought two and wished we'd grabbed more. I've tried banana bread all over the islands--this one truly stands out. Don't miss it if you love banana bread!

Hands down the BEST banana bread I've ever had!!!! We bought a loaf after finding this spot going to the painted church and quickly real the next morning we did not buy enough! We then spent 2 days looking for it because we could not remember where it was. We bought 5 that day then went back again for 5 more (they were out we called the number and they brought fresh bread to us right away) to bring back to Arizona to share with friends and family. I am sad to be all out of bread now and stuck with the craving of wanting more. How much to have some delivered!?

Got this on the way back to our place from Two Step Beach. Delicious, not overly sweet and the sugary-mac nut crust was great. Paid with venmo.

Hands down BEST banana bread I've had to date. The macadamia topping makes the loaves addicting and craveable! I'm surprise it doesn't more reviews and recognition. Trust me , just make the drive. The drive up has some beautiful views of the island. I honestly wished I brought more than 6 loaves home. PS Is too much to ask to ship some to the mainland? Lol

There is parking and there are plenty of tables to sit & enjoy. There are signs indicating where the food court area is located. It is nice and ample to eat your Malasada or donut. Prices are from $5 to $6 each. We had the Ube 10/10 and Creme Brulee 10/10. I will definitely return.

This spot is located in a food court area and was actually the only place open when we arrived. Since it is a stall, there is not too much to say other than there were two people working and a large display case filled with donuts, with malasadas in the back. After looking things over I asked if they had a lilikoi circle donut. They did not, but they recommended a strawberry glazed donut with lilikoi filling and I went with that. It came out nicely decorated with a pink glaze and a small dab of cream on top with a butterfly. When I bit into it I was happy with the flavor. The donut itself was light and fluffy and the strawberry glaze was solid. The real standout though was the lilikoi filling, which had that great balance of sharpness and sweetness and paired really well with the donut. My dad ordered a coconut malasada and said it was really good as well. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. They had a big selection of donuts, I enjoyed mine, and I would like to try their malasadas next time.

As coffee lovers, Heavenly Hawaiian constantly came up in my research and I'm glad we toured for ourselves. The grounds itself are absolutely gorgeous and that view from the hill onto the ocean is unreal! I can't for the life of me remember our tour guides name but she was such a joy and extremely knowledgeable. Learning about the different coffee variants that are grown such as Kona typica, Progeny 502, and the "boujee girl" Geisha was awesome to learn about and see for ourselves. Did I mention endless coffee sampling? Such a relaxing atmosphere to sip all the coffee you want and enjoy that view. And the cutest cats on the property were such a delight mingling with the guests. All staff members were so helpful and they even treated us with a goodie bag of freshly picked fruits from the farm and a bag of peaberry bites (my new favorite) all as a thank you for paying a visit on our honeymoon! Was not expecting that all but such a sweet gesture! I would highly recommend Heavenly Hawaiian farms to anyone if you're on the Big Island or in the Kona area. Absolutely worth the trip up the hill and to feel the aloha from the staff and grounds.
