Coach Ashley in the morning was fun and led us in a good warmup before proceeding with the WOD which was clearly written on one of the TV monitors. I loved being able to get a good (and challenging) workout and also engaging with a lot of the local athletes. Everyone was welcoming and it was fun to crush a pretty advanced WOD. Although I would argue that the 400m run around the gym is a bit longer than 400, I can't be too upset at working my body up just a bit more. Thanks TTL for the great drop-in experience. I was nervous & anxious but found Blueprint and tried the free trial. The trainers were super friendly and greated me as i showed up. The gym is super clean and love the aesthetic. When I saw the Kobe & GiGi mural I just fell in love with the vibe. My first training session kicked my butt but Trainer Dan was supportive and made me feel comfortable to really go after it. After my second day I was hooked and knew this place was going to be my home for the imminent future. That was in 2022 and I've been a member since. One of my favorite parts is that there is such a unique blend of people who attend this gym and they come in all different shapes, sizes, and fitness levels. I tried the hot pilates sauna. The temperature was great but I had to share it with two other ladies with there yoga mats. I just felt like we were too close to one another and it made me uncomfortable. Since I felt too close I wasn't able to comfortably do the movements correctly; I just felt like I would kick them or hit them. However, I do like it when it's just me in the room. It's a great workout and the heat is a plus. They offer different types of workouts which I love as well.

Dey's knowledge and experience is impressive, and I highly recommend Radiance Fitness. Prior to coming to Radiance fitness I struggled with severe shoulder pain leading me to believe I suffered from a tear or untreatable permanent injury. I compared my shoulder pain and story with others and I felt doomed that I had a lifelong injury. Just as Dey promised, he fixed my shoulder. He did so through IDENTIFYING the problem. Which was a huge muscular imbalance that put extra strain on my shoulder during weight lifting. He then showed me the solution through a workout regimine, cupping, and creating an overall balance in my body. Dey showed me a new way to treat my body, through mindfulness and care to my body as a whole. This has lead me on the path to recovery as I now have very little pain and am extremely optimistic about my workout routine and fitness goals. I am giving a one star because of the predatory practice that OrangeTheory has in cancelling. I requested a cancellation a few days before my charge date because I don't have time to go regularly anymore. The employee told me "I'll take care of it for you," so I assumed, like when I put my account on hold in the past and they said the same thing, that they would do so. On September 7, I noticed I had been charged for the month of August when I had asked to cancel. When I reached out, I was sent a survey to cancel, so I completed it. On September 16, I was charged for yet another month. So, now this is $200 that they have taken from my credit card when I canceled beforehand. In communicating with the regional manager, they said they cannot give me a refund because there is no record of my cancellation prior to September 7. That is because the employee forgot to put it into the system, so now I have to pay money for a gym I am not even attending because someone messed up on their end and they're not being held accountable, or they're just lying that I asked them to do it so they don't get in trouble for forgetting. Then I was told that they require 30 days notice. NO ONE TOLD ME THIS UNTIL TODAY! In a company worth so much money, I don't see how they cannot refund me. In this economy, $200 isn't nothing. I am so sad about this because I always planned on returning to OT when my schedule would allow for it in a few months, but now I will not be returning. I am really hurt that they could easily refund me because it's a company worth over $1 billion. $200 is nothing to them, but a lot to me. It is shocking that this is how they treat people who have been loyal to them for so long. Be careful if you sign up for OrangeTheory because this is a predatory practice, and I can't be the only person who has had this happen to them.

Instead of being welcoming or professional, the employee openly expressed that he did not like my son and stated that he would refuse to sell me guest passes in the future. I found this behavior completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Guest passes are offered by the gym as a service to members, and personal opinions about a member's family should never influence whether that service is provided. The employee's comments made both my son and me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I expect staff to treat all members and guests with respect, regardless of personal feelings. Management should address this issue and ensure employees maintain a professional attitude when interacting with customers.
