They even had section off places that were dark with neon lighting, where you could work out. However, what keeps this from five stars is the lack of friendliness from the workers and how dull or bland the place seemed. Although I was greeted when I came in, when I requested help in other areas, the workers didn't seem as open to help. There were also some equipment that were out of order, making me wait. However, I know EōS is really quick on getting their equipment fixed.

I have had many personal trainers over the last 20 years and none even come close to to level of…read morepersonal training you receive with Tiffany Ryan (I would give her 10 stars if I could). She has been my trainer for the last three and one half years and under her guidance and direction I have been able to achieve goals that I had been working towards for more than 16 years with other trainers. Her level of expertise, attention to form and detail, combined with her positive attitude make her far and away the best I have ever seen in this industry. In the first 16 months with Tiffany I went from 230lbs. to 160lbs. of lean, hard and defined muscle. When I started working with Tiffany (did I say work, yes I did) as a 5' 11" male I could not do one pull-up, but with the same amount of effort that I had been giving to my workouts for over sixteen years, now, under Tiffany's direction, I can do three to four sets of pull-ups of 10-12 reps each. The difference was her vast knowledge, experience and genuine interest that she gives each and every client. She is a Cooper Institute physical fitness specialist and also trained in biomechanics at the Cooper Institute, a nutritionist and diet specialist with over 17 years experience as a personal trainer. She has been where you are and will take you where you want to be! Oh I almost forgot, she qualified as a NPC national figure competitor and competed on a national level for nearly ten years, winning not only first place in her class for figure at her last completion (all natural, no drugs) but also first place overall in figure in the same contest. (this was at the NPC Europa figure contest in Dallas, TX) competing against women from all across the country! When I say she is the best it is because she has proven herself as the best in more ways than one!! (and no, I was not paid for this review it is just the truth, and the truth will set you free!) Thank you so very much Tiffany and may God richly bless you for what you do for others!

I've been here about 10-12 times now. I initially did the 5-day pass to check it out and was…read moreimpressed on the first day This gym is huge and clean, including the men's locker room. Apparently it was a Kroger grocery store before. There is plenty of almost everything. I wished there was another pulley machine that had 2 stacks of weights. There's only 1 that I've noticed. All of the other ones use 1 stack only, making it hard to do certain exercises where you need a lighter weight. Could use maybe 1 more lat pull down and seated row, but it's not a big deal. There's a "functional fitness" area that has some crazy monkey bars, several areas to deadlift, squat, etc. There's 1 sled and 2 sprint machines where you can walk backwards (for the ATG/kneesovertoes people). There are 2 tire-flipping stations. In terms of the machines, there are 2-4 for a muscle group in many muscle groups. I've never seen so many. I only use machines to warm up or to do certain lifts, but it's still nice to see sooo many. You don't really have to wait for one, at least the times I've been going. I don't like the setup of the benches for bench pressing. I think the barbell hooks extend out too long. To position yourself so you don't hit the hooks while benching, you're scooted too far down the bench to launch on your own. Ideally you'd have a partner to help launch. All of the barbells are skinny too. I feel like I'd prefer something slightly thicker. Going back, when I signed up for the trial, there was zero pressure to join. I was honestly expecting this gym to be poor reading all of the previous reviews. I had planned on going back to old faithful - 24 Hour Fitness. All in all, solid gym. It is a pretty busy gym. Even during slow times, it's not too slow. Let's hope there are no issues canceling my membership if I need to when I move in a few months

I've…read moreworked out at other locations, both in the DFW area and in other states, and this location is better than average. The price point is better than competing gyms like RevFit or F45, and the workout is just as good. Orange Theory uses heart rate monitoring to guide you during the workout. The coach will tell you to get to base (the green zone) or to push or go all out (orange or red zones). The colored zone you're in shows up on a few big TVs around the room and at the cardio equipment you're on, so you always have a good idea how much effort you're giving and can manage your heart rate according. The actual session is typically 60 minutes. A short warm up and exercise demo is followed by 30ish minutes on the treadmill, rower, or bike, and then another 30ish minutes of floor exercises (similar to a HIIT or circuit training workout). You can actually choose if you want to start with cardio or the floor first. Overall I'm happy with Orange Theory and this location. I recommend giving it a try if you're interested. They even do military/first responder discounts!

They can clearly see in their system that I canceled it, yet they continue charging my bank account. I've tried to get this resolved, but the charges still haven't stopped. This has been extremely frustrating, and I would not recommend getting a membership here because of how difficult they make it to cancel. The manager, JT or whatever his name is has handled this situation extremely poorly. I have now been charged an additional $100 even though he is fully aware that my membership was canceled. I went out of my way to handle this properly. I came in person to cancel my membership and waited 45 minutes just to speak with him. I later called and was specifically told that my membership was canceled and that the money I had been charged would be refunded back to my account. Despite being assured this was taken care of, I am STILL being charged. On top of that, JT was rude and completely unprofessional throughout the process. This should not be this difficult. If someone cancels their membership and is told it has been canceled, they should not continue having money taken out of their account. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and management needs to seriously address how situations like this are being handled. I will be sharing my experience and warning others about what I have gone through with this gym because no one should have to fight this hard just to cancel a membership and stop being charged.
