The place stays much cooler than most other Planet Fitness locations in the area that we've visited. The staff here are incredibly friendly and are very supportive. All of their machines are very well taken care of. There's hardly any instances where the equipment are out of order, and if they are, they don't stay down for very long at all. The staff are very quick to address mechanical issues with any of the equipment. It's a very spacious environment compared to other places and it's also very well lit inside. Okay my only complaint at this time is that the showers do not have hot water available. At best, the shower water is at room temperature. But not a deal breaker by any means.

I entered the gym today at 12:40. I was injured over the weekend. I just needed some hydro massage. I got one. And went to start the other. Demarcus went to start it for me but the girls stopped him. I understand yall close at one today. My massage would not of interfered with that. Like yall are gonna have everybody out by one anyways. I'll sit here and wait. We will see. Yup, I was right. 1pm and not everyone is out, tho I could have been. Fuck me tho right. Just a member for years whom injured themselves, needing some relief. It doesn't take brains to have thought this thru, but obviously that's why they're working here at the gym. Crazy this place went from the best Planet Fitness to whatever it is now.

The equipment may be a little old but very functional. Cleaning supplies are all around with paper towels and spray adequately stocked. Staff are very helpful and friendly. No one is pushy or trying to sell you coaching/personal trainer lessons unlike some of the other gyms that seem to leap at that first site of a new member. The sauna is one of my favorites as a pre-work out or post work out. Most of the time, the heat is sufficient and I'm adequately drenched in sweat. Feedback I have would to be 1) include paper towels in restroom 2) include clock in sauna 3) have some extra moveable benches so they can be used with the cable machines.

I have had many personal trainers over the last 20 years and none even come close to to level of…read morepersonal training you receive with Tiffany Ryan (I would give her 10 stars if I could). She has been my trainer for the last three and one half years and under her guidance and direction I have been able to achieve goals that I had been working towards for more than 16 years with other trainers. Her level of expertise, attention to form and detail, combined with her positive attitude make her far and away the best I have ever seen in this industry. In the first 16 months with Tiffany I went from 230lbs. to 160lbs. of lean, hard and defined muscle. When I started working with Tiffany (did I say work, yes I did) as a 5' 11" male I could not do one pull-up, but with the same amount of effort that I had been giving to my workouts for over sixteen years, now, under Tiffany's direction, I can do three to four sets of pull-ups of 10-12 reps each. The difference was her vast knowledge, experience and genuine interest that she gives each and every client. She is a Cooper Institute physical fitness specialist and also trained in biomechanics at the Cooper Institute, a nutritionist and diet specialist with over 17 years experience as a personal trainer. She has been where you are and will take you where you want to be! Oh I almost forgot, she qualified as a NPC national figure competitor and competed on a national level for nearly ten years, winning not only first place in her class for figure at her last completion (all natural, no drugs) but also first place overall in figure in the same contest. (this was at the NPC Europa figure contest in Dallas, TX) competing against women from all across the country! When I say she is the best it is because she has proven herself as the best in more ways than one!! (and no, I was not paid for this review it is just the truth, and the truth will set you free!) Thank you so very much Tiffany and may God richly bless you for what you do for others!
