Unfortunately, the Corporate office does not value the 35-40 members who attend specifically for the morning water aerobics class. The canceling of that morning class for 2 weeks with no substitute to take it was inexcusable. Complaints to Michael and Aressia at the Corporate office fell on deaf ears, with the both of them just paying lip service that they would look into the situation, yet never having the courtesy to return the phone call as they said they would. Time to check out the YMCA nearby in Benbrook, which seems to have a more consistent water aerobics program, from what I've been told.

There's always someone ready at the front desk to promptly greet and assist. No one is pushy or trying to sell you coaching/personal trainer lessons unlike some of the other gyms that seem to leap at that first site of a new member. The sauna is one of my favorites as a pre-work out or post work out. Most of the time, the heat is sufficient and I'm adequately drenched in sweat.
