I could give them zero stars I went there an hour ago on a recommendation... I asked for a table for one and then they told me it will take them half. She took down my bake and number. Finally they call me more than an hour later saying my table is ready. I told them I'll be there in five minutes and when I reached there I see she is calling me and I wave to her that I'm here already and then she tells me that "sorry i thought I had a table for you but I don't have it for you anymore and that is why I was calling you I will take another half an hour"... Even the folks who wrote their name after me were seated. I guess giving a table to one client did sound very enticing to her!! I am so furious!!!! If they didn't want to give me a table they should have said it in the first time!!! Making me wait for an hour then saying they have a table for me then saying they don't!!! This place is really good. Had the vegetable spring roll w/ peanut sauce as our appetizer which was great. Wife had Drunken noodle with hot factor of 7. A bit hot for me but she loved it and will go with 8-9 next time. I had pork pad Thai with scramble egg on top with very fresh vegetables. Fantastic. Even drinks really good with iced coffee and sweet tea. So glad we found this place. And plan on being there at least once a week. In short, cook fantastic with taste and presentation. Waiter staff still learning but always looking over in case you want something else. Really wanted desert of mango with sweet rice but too full. Next time for sure. Nice ambience away from gaming sights of slot machines. Looking forward to next visit. Pricing very reasonable $42 two entrees,two drinks and spring roll appetizer. Very nice experience! read more

A HUGE disappointment. We called before heading over to the restaurant and was told they would hold a table for us. Got there and the guy at the front kept us waiting about 7 minutes while he was entering some orders I guess. He finally sat us abruptly near the check in station and my husband asked for a table and they said it would take 10 mins...REALLY We decided to leave as the host said snidely "Thank u for business" We took our money down the road to Samurai Steakhouse and Sushi and they were very welcoming from the start. read more

We often use LV as a hub for travel to these parts. If we're heading to Utah we always stop here. I've never had a bad meal. I LOVE Thai food and this was seriously some of the best I've ever had. So surprising for a little average looking place in a strip mall behind a gym in the middle of the Nevada desert. The best part was how fresh everything was. The veggies were crisp and flavorful, the egg was clearly freshly scrambled on top of the pad se ew and the flavors were light but full. We had the orange chicken, the Penang curry, the garlic chicken, pineapple fried rice and a vegetable dish and everything was fantastic. Service also was very good. This is as good a Thai restaurant as any one I have visited in my hometown of Folsom CA. I highly recommend it if you are in the area. read more

We passed through Mesquite on a family trip, and we're so pleasantly surprised by this gem! The owner and staff were incredibly kind to our weary family, and treated us with the utmost hospitality. The food matched the service - we do a lot of Thai food and this was definitely among some of the better Thai we've had. (We ordered the drunken noodles, panang, green beans, and orange chicken; finished off with coconut ice cream & sticky rice for dessert. Everything was excellent.) We will definitely stop by again next time we're passing through. read more

The only bad thing about this place is that it's 6 hrs from our home in Salt Lake City! Everything was absolutely delicious! Best Thai food we've ever had. My son just spent 3 weeks in Thailand and said the food at D Thai was superior. It was a pleasant and delicious treat after a long day of driving with two hungry teenagers. Plus the co-owner, Robert, was friendly and personable. If you are ever in Mesquite, you have to try this place!!!! Don't forget the coconut rice ice cream -- yum!!!! read more

Excellent Thai food, my husband and I have been to Thailand twice and coming here took us right back there. I had the Khao soi, it's a dish from northern Thailand and I ordered spicy number 5 and it was just the right amount of heat, sooooooo good. I'm only giving it 3 stars because it's the only decent food place in Mesquite. Had the green chicken curry asked for medium spicy and asked if it was authentic and she said yes, it was mild. I would have asked her to make it more spicy but it took 45 minutes to get our food at that point I was hungry and just wanted to leave. Also the food wasn't consistent with the spice, some parts would be milder than others. read more
