There was nothing that resembled a strawberry crêpe and the it taste like a biscuit. The crêpe batter is so dry. It's a cracked product on my plate. They give you so little strawberry filling. If they gave you some strawberry sauce, it might've covered up the dry batter that they're trying to sell. The only saving grace is the whipping cream, which comes out of a prepackaged squish bag onto the dry crepe. The worker cooked this while serving other customers at the cash register and I saw her handling cash while touching my crepe with the same glove. This place would not pass food inspection.

I find it a convenient spot for my cool down treat as it's on the strip right close to the foot of White Rock Pier, Canada's longest. Ask for samples first before you settle on a flavour or two. My favourite for gelato right now is still Bella Gelateria, in Vancouver. Maya's selection of gelato is limited, but 100% worth it especially when it's 35°C / 95F outside. There's plenty of restaurants nearby as well with several fish & chip spots & burger joints.
