I wish I spent more time shopping around for other quotes, since a nearby business only quoted me $80. It was helpful overall but I would only use it again in a true emergency.

If only the Little Trees "leather" scent could capture this, they'd be in every car. Breathe deeply. Mmmm. When I dropped my shoes for shine and heels, the gentleman asked for an hour. I was thinking, really? Machine polish and brush like everywhere else should be like 5 minutes, plus heels? So I asked for 45. When I returned, I got to see Mr. James working on my shoes. BY HAND. Over and over he worked. It was a bit over an hour all told and $40 for two pairs' polish and one set of heels. This is old school level skill and attention. NBD because all locks have since been changed. Adam then went into action to help us figure out what locks we need at best cost and number of locks. I would recommend Adam, I would suggest taking as many pictures of your locks as possible so you can coordinate if it is possible or if you need a new lock all together
