I love meat and fat is part of the bargain, but there was just way, way too much going on here. I could feel my arteries shutting down. Maybe it would be better to make a traditional hamburger and top it with some of that sweet, sweet jamon instead of trying to make the whole thing out of it. Like, we all love a cheeseburger, but no one is just frying a half-pound block of cheese and putting it between two buns. Alameda is a fine restaurant. My fiancee liked her food.
