After going to many national tire stores and big private ones that do a lot of advertising I was…read morenot impressed with the lackluster service and was treated like a number and not like a customer. I did a google and yelp search on wheels shops and read the great reviews about AZ Tire Shop, they were not wrong. From start to finish Dennis and Richard were amazing to work with. I needed wheels for my truck and had questions about them like offset and how that worked along with ride control questions. Dennis was very sincere and easy to speak with and had great recommendations. He answered all of my question's including ones about a lift that I was thinking about. I have to say they exceeded all my expectations by listening to what I wanted and gave me a great recommendations on the computer. I eventually with the Black Rhino - Kelso wheels. I will definitely be back and do more business with them. Locally owned and a family run operation. No pressure selling and I can see why now they have such great reviews. Personal service, taking the time to get to know your customer and excellent communication is what I experienced. I am impressed with my ride and the looks of the wheels. These guys are knowledgeable about wheels, tires, suspension and more.

This used to be my go to tire shop until Thursday 2/26/26. I went there around 10:30am to purchase…read more4 used tires for my vehicle. The gentleman there told me that they were used but still in really good condition. He quoted me $220 and they got to work. In the end everything looked great andI had no reason to question anything considering I have been here multiple times in the past. On 3/1/26 in the morning the driver side rear tire air pressure sensor comes on. I'm thinking it's due to the change in weather not the tire. I go to put air in it and everything seems fine. When I come out of the grocery store the light turns back on and I decide to go to Big O tires near me. They informed me that the 3 out of the 4 tires sold to me was in good condition and the one that I am having issues in had an existing tire patch/plug closer to the outer edge of the tire and it is no good. The guy also pointed out the tire was cracking and it was manufactured in 2023 and all of the other ones were from 2025. I ended up having to purchase another tire for $129 and spending 1.5 hours in the tire shop on my birthday. I understand that there is some risk in buying used tires but having to spend more money on something that didn't even last a week is ridiculous. Make sure that you thoroughly check the tires that you buy from this shop to avoid this happening to you as well.

I have a flat tire this morning. I got there at about 8 AM. It's right when they opened. The person…read morethat came to open the store helped me right away. They got me out in about 20 minutes. The technician also checked my tire pressure in all other tires including my spare tire. The price is also very reasonable. Don't let the appearance of the place deter you away, I had a great experience. By the way, they are cash only.

Worst. Tire shop. Ever. The guys here don't even know how to measure a bolt pattern on a wheel…read more When I called him out on it, was told to "get the fu*k out of here". Such a tough guy in your tank top. Do you even lift bro?

If I could give this place a minus stars I would! At first when My fiance had tires put on his…read moretrailer. We bought them. They did a great a great job. Price was reasonable. So when it came time to put tires on my truck. He said he would take it down there. So he did and he asked them to be balanced. He gets home and looked at the tires and came and got me to see the damage to all 4 rims! My truck is in excellent condition inside and out. I'm the type to park at the end of the parking lot and walk the long walk to the store. For nobody to dent my vehicle. Then as we were examined them each one closely we noticed one bolt wasn't even screwed in. It literally was hanging on! That could have fell off while he was driving home and maybe injured somebody on a motorcycle or damage somebody's windshield or dented somebody's vehicle. So the way it looks it looks like he was dragging something across each rim. When I went back there he said that that was from hitting curbs! On all 4 rims!!!! A truck barely 2 years old. With 35000 miles. But the rest of the truck is in great shape! The rima and the truck itself don't even match up with how much damage is on the rims! When I called the woman told me that they marked down if stuff was damaged. But unbeknownst to me nothing was written down because there was nothing wrong with the rims. She said bring it back so I did. I was mad and I was yelling because they cost over $1,500 in damages. So of course when I get there nobody was around. But just happened to be the one that installed my tires. Everyone else gone! So I did cuss but not at him at first. Till as soon as he seen my truck then he started denying it. I 100 percent believe this was a racist experience! Because my boyfriend who happens to be black took my truck. And the guy started acting funny with him from there. His name is Travis! He was mad that he had a nice truck and he didn't. Because he started saying how he had his 2004 truck was lifted and that his should be lifted like that's none of his business! And then when I went back because my fiance had a heart attack recently and I didn't want him to have a heart attack again. As soon as I saw the guy I said you're the one who put the tires on my truck and now all my rims are f***** up is what I said. He's like oh quit cursing. And then when he saw the truck he changed and said get off of my property. Like he owned it which obviously he didn't! I also have that recorded I have it recorded when I called and the woman answered I have it both recordings available.. I would not suggest anybody go here especially if you're black. He even watched another customer come in a black woman and the guy didn't even put the tire cover back on. I forget what it's called. The little tire cap thing. He slipped it in his pocket. And then we have one that doesn't even match. Probably hers. He was just extremely rude and tried to step on my hand when I dropped the receipt. At that point I definitely cussed him the f*** out! For the damages that he did. Then he had a nerve to call me a liar about the lug nut that was loose.. I will be checking with a lawyer about this place! I almost forgot he also over inflated the tires as shown in the pictures.
