Nice interior and menu $$ My first time going to a nail salon in town. The person working at the front is very helpful and friendly. I did a drop-in and realized that you need to call to book in advance because it's mostly by appointment. You may get lucky and get an opening if someone cancels, or get squeezed in depending on what you're looking to get done. Luckily, I got squeezed in for the next day. (Not sure if it was extra busy because of wedding season too) The establishment is large with lots of nail tech stations and pedicure spa chairs. It made me think that they were all open and I can just do a walk-in, but since they're somewhat new, they need to hire more technicians to be able to work all of those stations. I was handed their menu and they have so many things to choose from. Apart from the usual types of nail services, they have upgraded spa treatments for pedicures. I didn't have much time to spend here, so I just went with a basic pedicure. Even the basic package was SO nice. They did a scrub that smelled really nice and offered water, juice or champagne. I enjoyed the massage chair and zoned out. The lady doing my pedicure was interested in my ethnic background, but once she realized I don't speak anything other than English (I'm 4th generation), she continued talking to other technicians. I really liked this place and the service for the price. A basic pedicure package did the job for me, but two things that I liked was 1. they have specials throughout the year on packages (sign up for their program) 2. excellent ventilation. My toe nails lasted for awhile, even when I rock climbed every other day. A great place to come and do some self care. I'll have to bring a friend next time. read more

I wish they would've offered me a water like I saw them do to others. You don't have to provide your own "tools" because they use disposable and freshly cleaned tools with every client. There are no loud, obnoxious TVs, they play soothing instrumental music. Went to get my Valentine's Day nails done for the first time here and it was a great first time. I got a full set of nail and they shaped my nails really well since I pretty wide nail beds. After my nails started to grow out though I noticed that my nail technician didn't file the acrylic around my cuticles and they grew out misshaped and kind of crusty looking. Wish you could leave negative stars This place is over priced, rude and terribly inconsiderate. Saw Kim for a dip ombré, she did an amazing job and it lasted three weeks. Scheduled a dip ombré again, this time with Deedee. Appt was scheduled for a week, I show up and they tell me she doesn't do ombré and asked me to reschedule with someone else another day. Two things here, why did I not get a call prior to me showing up for the appt. AND deedee has done the dip ombré before for me. WOW! So I agree for a solid color since I planned my entire day off around this appt. THEN deedee proceeds to inform me that Kim did acrylic NOT dip. No wonder it lasted so long. Super damaged my nails! I am so furious and disappointed. Save your money ($65 for a dip ombre) and go someplace professional, that knows how to treat clients and that doesn't LIE to your face. Terrible!! read more

"Covid Charge". Never heard of that. But i guess it's a thing now. Inside is very nice. Very clean. But overpriced. Did the dip and they now look like they have chewing gum stuck on nails, meaning they are very thick. Lady was nice but not worth the price. Mind you. They'll charge you an extra 10% for "Covid fee", and tip on top of that. They are already overpriced and asking for more, and not very good at doing dip. Not coming back. Not worth the money. I have gone here a few times before but sadly won't be returning after my last visit. I received a shellac manicure and had a specific color in mind, my nail tech from the beginning kept telling me I need to pick a more basic color and that anything I had in mind would look "bad". I asked her multiple times if she could just put a simple line design down one of my nails and again she told me that I need to pick a more basic color. It became very clear that she just didn't know how to do anything besides one color. I was extremely frustrated and finally picked a color that was just okay, she did an awful job. The shellac lifted after just one day and now not even a week later my nails are completely chipped and coming off. My friend came with me and received dip, her nails all lifted and came off the next day. The owner had reached out the day after to have me come back in to fix my nails for free, I let them know what days I was available and they never responded. It is extremely unprofessional how they handled things. I will not be returning after this. No point in reaching out to fix things If you aren't going to follow through. Overall this was a waste of money and time. Definitely would not recommend this nail salon. read more

This is a great hidden spot. I have been there twice and have received a regular shellac manicure, a full set with shellac, and a VIP pedicure. I have been to most of the nail salons in town and this is by far the worst! I'm really upset and spent a lot of money! I took my daughter there last weekend, and when they filled her water up it was cold. I thought she was just over exaggerating bc she's 5, but it really was cold cold! I asked someone and they said ok and walked on, then I asked someone else who walked by and she ignored us. Finally after about 10 min when they were going to start the pedicure they changed her water. Then the lady was very bossy to my daughter, I get it she's 5...but I've been taking her since she was 4 and has never had any issues at the other ones. It wasn't the most comfortable for her to sit in the chair, no pillows or anything for kids, even though they have a kids menu for mani pedis... anyways they were going to cut the skin around her nails and she said cut so my daughter freaked out and pulled her foot back. The lady then said she won't sit still, she was moving around a bit but not enough to not do this. But I decided I wouldn't get my nails done because I don't think she would have sat through another hour and half....but I asked her if she just wanted a quick polish on her nail while they finished up my pedicure and the lady said no! She was moving too much! Super irritated because we have done this so many times at other places, and she straight up told me no! Then we went to go pay...for two pedicures one being a kid one it was $70! Defiantly not what we have paid at others....but the worst part is it was $15 extra for my gel...other places $10...but 4 days later some of the gels came off! Usually my gel toe pedicure last for weeks! And for $70 I expect these pedicures to last more than a week for sure!!!! Long story short, we tried it out and will not be going back. Made an appointment thinking I would give them a try. Pedicure was ok-for the $59 one. Asked for dip on my nails to match my toes. Not even somewhat close. Asked if I wanted square tips-yes square with rounded corners. Nails were super sharp on edges with pieces coming off. I had to file them when I got home. I tipped cash and went to pay and they told me there's a Covid fee of 10% of total!? They didn't mention that when I made appointment or when I checked in. The person at the front desk pointed to a piece of paper laying flat at the pay area-opposite of where you check in. The manicurist didn't mention it either. Personally, I'd rather just have it built into the price and not feel nickel and dimed for already over priced services. Be upfront about it...tell customers when they call to make an appointment. Post it on the front door. It felt shady. Not to mention-the color on my tips has completely faded and 2 tips have come off-in 1 week. I'll go back to my regular salon. I've never had this happen in the many years I've gone to my other place. Unfortunately I couldn't get a last minute appointment with them. And that's my bad for waiting to the last minute and giving another place a try. I won't go back. read more

I went to have my eyebrows waxed shortly after this location opened. The wax was so hot that I got burned quiet a bit. The lady kept trying to cool it down, but it wasn't helping. I should have left, and/or she should have told me to come back another day when the temperature was better regulated. It was expensive and she kept telling me how horrible my brows were prior to coming in. Umm...thanks? Also, I have gone twice to try and get a pedicure. They have A LOT of chairs, but never any staff. I have been asked to come back 4 hours later and even once told to come back another day. So even though they say they take walk-ins, they don't have the staff to do that. So if you need to have something done, I would suggest making an appointment and not trying to walk in. I haven't been back since, but really do want to try a pedicure. I'm just nervous as I haven't had a great experience yet, which is sad. read more

Everybody is friendly and super nice, the inside is beautiful and clean. Ended up paying $70 for a fill (including tip and COVID 10% charge) which is much more than i usually pay or would like to spend, especially when i just do one basic color shellac. But i didn't know they were appointments only so when i walked in i was expecting to be turned away but they scheduled me for later that day, closer to closing time which was very generous of them.
