I was gifted a SkinSpirit gift card for my birthday, so I decided to book a consultation--and I'm so glad I did. For context, I've been to countless laser and aesthetic clinics over the years (from Los Angeles to Hawaii), and this was the first time I truly felt welcomed without any pressure. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. What stood out most was that I never felt like I was being sold anything. Instead, they took the time to understand my goals, educate me on their services, and made the entire experience feel relaxed and personalized. I've always been hesitant about Botox and fillers, but after seeing their natural, balanced results and having a consultation with Dr. Linder, I actually felt comfortable--excited, even--to finally pop my Botox/filler cherry with SkinSpirit. As someone who is genuinely afraid of needles, Dr. Linder made the experience so easy. She was gentle, reassuring, and used techniques that made the process feel virtually painless. All of my anxiety completely melted away, and I felt truly cared for throughout. Also, shoutout to the front desk--especially the well-dressed gentleman who helped me recover and redeem a lost gift card. That level of customer service did not go unnoticed. Hands down, one of the best birthday gifts I've received. I'm so happy to have found a place that not only delivers amazing results but also makes you feel comfortable, confident, and genuinely taken care of. SkinSpirit has earned a lifelong client.

When I narrowed my list of choices, I finally settled on Love your Skin Day Spa. It wasn't long until I got an email from Lacey Holland, the owner of the Day Spa, who was very responsive and did a great job putting together a package for me that would work well for the special occasion as well as keep my wife there at her place for 3 hrs. We settled on The Ultimate Recovery Facial + 45 minute massage 2 hours 45 minutes treatment that began with a foot soak and has a two hour facial/LED light therapy oxygen treatment with a 45 minute massage focused on whatever area of the body is most needed and then during the facial includes more facial massage next massage and a foot massage. Lacey even threw-in an extra 15 min. for that perfect 3hr getaway. When I picked up my wife, she looked so radiant and relaxed. My wife is an RN that works nights and just finished a 5-day marathon. She flew back from CA just a few days before. She truly deserved being pampered and I'm so happy that Lacey was able to take her away to a relaxing moment and experience which started her special day the right way. Thanks again Lacey!!

In all seriousness I was tired of looking upset... I just have a really expressive face. I made an appointment after following skin by lovely on instagram for a long time! I made my appointment online over the weekend with injection specialist Allie Foster. After reading her bio I knew I was going to have a great experience. And boy was that exactly what happened. Allie is SO warm, kind, and SMART! She really knows her stuff and didn't hesitate to answer any of my questions in a way where it made sense to your average person. *no pressure to do treatment. * reasonably priced. * very informative staff. * they make comfort and cleanliness a #1 priority! * I had a very painless experience, 32 units injected in total and I noticed a huge difference the next day. I was SO happy. Of course everyone one is different but I had zero scarring / Bruising which I was expecting being a person of color. I love my injection specialist and can't wait to see Allie again for my follow up and for other treatments in the future.
