This was a delight from the decor to the atmosphere, though I would of liked to hear more salsa , than Banda but I get it. The food was so fresh and delightful. We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon for a bite and we were very happy. I had a Cuban sandwich. It was very tasty, bread was lightly crunchy and soft inside. The pork was nicely cooked. Suburbs rose had the tops vieja, and my son had breakfast: French toast. I flew in for one day and found this amazing restaurant close to Midway airport for lunch. As soon as I walked in I knew I was in the right place. The smell coming out of the kitchen of deliciousness permeates the cozy six table restaurant. I asked the owner her fav because I had a hard time deciding! Everything looks so good. I selected the Ropa Vieja and a beef empanada. Neither disappointed! Yum yum yum!! My tastebuds danced in delight. The beef soaked in juicy bell pepper and onion. The lady on the phone apologized and she went above and beyond to correct my order. They sent us an extra order of a meal, extra plantains and drinks which were originally not ordered.
