After calling many different barns with little luck I found Cross Creek and I'm so glad I did. They are truly geared to teaching children how to ride. I am not an equestrian and know pretty much nothing about horses. I needed a good barn which would teach my daughter everything she needed to know and be safe doing it. I love the instructors at cross creek. They are great at managing different ages and riding proficiency in the same group lesson. The lessons are super affordable and they have several time slots to choose from almost every day of the week. It makes finding time to ride super convenient. I love that they offer students the ability to be helpers during other lessons for a discount on their tuition. The facility is well maintained and the main riding area for lessons is covered with fans so no matter the weather the lessons can happen. The horses all seem to be well taken care of and great with children riding them. We attend weekly lessons as well as a camp this summer that my daughter loved. We have had a great experience at Cross Creek!

I had a very hard time getting the owner to help me. The assistant trainer was not good at all. I do not recommend this at all especially for young children

Charged me for dropping my kids off LITERALLY two minutes early without informing me. Could have easily let me know when I walked my kids in that I would be charged and I would have kept them in the car...but no, nothing! Just charged my card without any sort of notice days later. Tried to talk to them about how highly unethical this practice is, but this was worse than reasoning with a wall. This on top of the fact that my kids spent their week of camp basically playing Roblox and watching Youtube videos (when they were supposed to be learning to code) for what was a pretty expensive camp was the final straw as I don't typically write reviews, especially 1 star ones. Save your money and send your kids elsewhere!

Standfast offers varying levels of wrestling coaching and instruction (Open and Novice), ability to participate in tournaments and compete, and much MUCH more. Coach Josh works with a team of multiple gifted coaches who have extensive experience as well. The program has many award winning wrestlers, but works with everyone from brand new (no experience) to extremely advanced and experienced. As a parent, I've been a part of all manner of children's sports programs, and this is an extremely impressive one. I cannot say enough positive things about Coach Josh and Standfast wrestling.
