A manager of Andy Bs believed that the Red Rock staff wasn't doing their job and decided to approach a few of the boys. Once he approached a few of the boys, he then aggressively placed his hands on my son. Despite the other boys telling the manager nothing is wrong he continued to aggressively handle my son. I did get police involved due to this incident.

Shortly after we started eating she brought the art activity for the girls to do. The table was still full of food and plates. The girls started the activity on the floor because they couldn't wait. When they were done, we were told there was still 30 minutes left before bowling. So we sat there doing nothing. No host in site. When we started bowling it took forever to get shoes, balls and set up names . People started having to leave for prior engagements. I asked when we were having cake and was told I should have done that at the table. I should have been told that. We were then made to have cake at bowling lane. We then got the game cards. Almost at the end of the party. We went to use them. We were told that they were "time cards" and only good while party was going on ( even though I asked BEFORE buying the parand tickets from those cards will not be eligible for prizes!!!! No one told me that when I booked the party!! I do not recommend having a party here! Lots are promised and even more changed during party!! When I complained to the "party manager" I was told that she would have a word with my host. They need to do a lot more to this program than have words. It is the training and the set up of the program that need to be looked at.

I've won a lot of them, so it's not a game that you never win! They also have ice cream cones for $.99. They only have a couple of flavors, but it's still a tasty treat! I mainly went in to see if they had something in the pro shop. I found what I needed then stood there for over ten minutes waiting to buy the item. There were two guys there working on a ball knowing that I was standing there and they completely ignored me, so I left without buying anything. I actually found what I needed on Amazon anyway and for a cheaper price, so good for me! Based on this experience, I can tell they have no regard for their customers. If this had been a positive experience I probably would have returned to make a larger purchase of several hundred dollars in the near future. As it stands, Planet Bowl failed this tested miserably. When are businesses going to learn to simply do the right thing. I would have been ok with the guys saying something like "I will be there in just a few minutes", or something of the sort. At least acknowledge that I am waiting instead of ignoring me and hoping I will go away. Go away is what I did and I will never return.
