A group of us went for a party. We had 4 golf areas and a buffet. The food was simple but really good. Mini corn dogs, I love corn dogs, they were cooked just like I like them. Boneless chicken wings (i.e. chicken nuggets.) were really good too. They had multiple sauces you could put on the wings. The pimento cheese was delicious. Loved it. They also had donut holes with shot needles filled with either chocolate or raspberry that you could shoot into the donut. So delicious and fun. Our server was great. There were 12 of us and he kept up with all our drink orders. It was a chilly evening and I was worried about being cold. They have heaters blowing hot air on the seating area. This was one of the worst bar experiences I've ever had! Went on a date there last night, and we sat at the bar for at least 20 minutes before anyone ever acknowledged us, had to get up and go ask if someone could assist us. Finally, someone comes over and takes our orders for drinks. So we have some drinks as we watch the basketball game and finally ordered some food. 30 minutes later no one has told us anything about the food nor has it shown up. we decide to cancel the food order tab out and leave, the bar had four people working behind it, they all seem aloof and confused and had zero people or customer service skills. It's a shame I wouldn't even include a star on this review. Visited Top Golf today and waited 2 hours before our spot was ready. After waiting for 2 hours they proceeded to place us in wrong spot due to booking issues, then proceeded to tell us to go to a new spot. After this new spot wasn't active I went to guest services who appointed me to a whole new section, in which proceeded not to be ready for us. After an hour of the run around we decided to leave and a worker had the nerve to give us discount coupons that expired two days ago... need I mind you that he didn't mind us walking out after he was the same worker who said he would get us assistance at our spot. Top Golf needs to get their s**** together and train younger staff the correct way. Luckily this experience led me to never come to this place as long as I live. read more

Let me just say that I do not golf. I'm also horrible at most "accuracy" sports or games; bowling, pool, archery, axe throwing. But I do like to play and I'm a good sport! We were treated to a few games at Topgolf, we'd never been before. It was really fun! I mean, I stink at it, but it was fun. Our spot was on the top level and that made it pretty cool to look down on the playing greens. The setup is great, kind of like a lounge where you can order appetizers, food, drinks all for delivery to your area. We had chips, salsa, guacamole, queso blanco and a round of non-alcoholic drinks (although alcoholic drinks are readily available). Service was great, attentive and friendly, although a bit unmotivated. For a hot, 100-ish degree day, the drinks did not have enough ice, but he did come back with refills often. I'd have liked to have had quite a bit more ice to keep the drinks chilly. We loved how the scoreboard was calculated automatically for us and kept track of how many balls we've hit. The fun little sayings on the board after we hit was pretty funny too. There was quite a bit of inaccuracy in scoring and many of our balls that went in were not counted for. But that really didn't take away from the fun of it, however it would have been nice to know our correct score. For gloating purposes anyway. The place was very clean, bathrooms were shiny and smelled good. Front desk staff were courteous and there were a few options for souvenirs and shirts. Nicely maintained seating area. The greens probably should have the balls picked up a little more often, but again no real complaints. We came for something to do and have a good time, but we ended up having a GREAT time! Sure, there were some things that weren't perfection, but that didn't deter from the fun we had and the desire to go back again! Thank you for making our trip to Oklahoma a fun one! I think it's important to present that this is not a cheap night out. It's not incredibly expensive but if you're going to come and play and eat you're gonna spend some coin. Having been to the Ontario, CA and Las Vegas, NV locations, the Oklahoma City, OK location was disappointing. We went on a Wednesday night so it wasn't busy at all. Service was relatively quick, but disappointing. They need to work on their kitchen department because they did not get us some food items that we requested. The server was kind, but the beers and food items took a while to come. Two food items did not even come out at all and had to be removed from our bill when we closed out. Apart from that, the place is clean and fun for what you expect of a Top Golf location. I would only recommend going here to golf only. read more

Met family there who have two younger boys (13 & 6) who love playing! We are not fans of golf so we didn't go to play. The food was great, definitely recommend the pretzel bites. As it was coder, the heaters were on and made it more bare able. However, my only complaint was the coffee. The temp was in the low 50's and when we received our coffee, it was like warm. The cup wasn't even warm. So we stated so and she brought back another one, same issue. I feel like that could have been fixed by making a new pot all together. She offered to fix by bring us tea or hot coco but when we asked if those would be hotter, she explained she "didn't know". In the end, she ended up taking those coffees off the tab. Maybe we will try and go in the Spring or Summer and I will able to change my rating to a 5 Star! read more

They also have food and a bar to order from while you are hitting golf balls. I ordered drinks but did not order food. Top Golf advertises that they give discounts to "heroes" and they name military, police, and even teachers as "heroes" who are to get a discount there "all the time." But it isn't true at all. I am a veteran, a former policeman, and a retired school teacher. I served nearly four years in Iraq and Afghanistan. I emailed to see what they need from me to get a discount and they acted like I was an idiot. First they said they did not understand my question. I asked again, "Will my Defense biometric IDentification System card be enough proof?" The rude response was, "You cannot combine discounts and there is only one per bay." and there was a list of restrictions that were just about every situation i could even imagine when the discount was invalid. So I tried one more time to ascertain whether my DBIDS card proving I was retired from the DOD was enough for them (It is at Lowes and not at Home Depot, for example). And I got "My reply was in English. IF you have Identification that says you are due a discount we will accept it." Whatever that means. So while I would love to take my family out there for a fun evening, I can't even see me going there without getting into a fight with someone there just trying to get treated fairly. Treated like a hero? I just want to be treated like a human being. read more

TopGolf has been one of my favorite places to go to spend time with friends and family. To get around the $45/hr cost to reserve a bay in the evening, we usually try to go before noon when it's $25/hr or on Tuesdays when the prices are half off. Food: 4/5 - I had the fried chicken sandwich and though it's not the best sandwich I've ever had, it was still good. It's a cornmeal encrusted chicken breast that's fried, so the chicken is crunchy without losing any of the texture to the slaw. The slaw itself was a bit bland, I wish there was a bit more acidity to cut down the richness from the fried chicken. I had seasonal fruit, composed of berries, pineapple, and cantaloupe. It was about $11-$12 for the meal. Service: 5/5 - we had Lyndi (guessing on the spelling) and she was so friendly!
