Our tour guide, Anitta, was great! She was very fun and shared great tid bits of history and info. We went at 4:30 on a Saturday and our ride was perfect - not too packed as compared to other times. I definitely would recommend purchasing a ticket, at minimum, a couple hours or even days prior to going. I could see this being much more popular in warmer months. It was already very popular at the beginning of April on a colder day. Overall, if you are checking out the Bricktown area and want a fun activity to do, check out the water taxi! it's only 30 minutes and you get to see the whole area and then some!

They show they have been in business since 1994…read more In 1998, I used them to book a long European trip for work since the Chamber of Commerce used them. At the Atlanta airport, something was off. I went through the entire itinerary and found so many issues. I ended up booking all of my hotels, trains, and flights myself. We cancelled with them by fax (as was their rule back then). THEY NEVER CANCELLED on their end and still charged our AMEX. Just found out that is still an issue. Sure, they have been open since 1994, but after reading the reviews on here, they are still incompetent.

I contacted her and told her what I wanted and she emailed me back with 2 different options. I picked one and several months later off I went. One of the great things about booking with a travel agent is the option of making payments for the trip over several months. I had a great time and when there was a slight hiccup she fixed it for me! I was so pleased!
