Did you go buy fans, get HVAC repair man out, several thousands of dollars paid for parties. Nope! We sweated and sweated some more, it was miserable and well over 90 degrees in the room. Yes I emailed corporate. The other parties that were out in the open and private room on 1st floor felt amazing. Asked if I could move to first floor room, mind you I had a baby stroller for my 8-mo old as well. And they have no handicap access for wheelchairs or strollers on 2nd floor, nope can't do that. There was no party there the entire time I was there 1pm-5pm. That was a lie, it was booked. We have 2 hrs in party room. I asked for kids to be called at 2:45pm get them drinks and settled for pizza and wings to come at 3pm, hostess said that was the time food coming. She brings 5 of the 10 icee's bc the blue icee machine is down. Ummm why not just make 10 red, now o have half the kids crying bc they have to wait and other kids have to wait now bc we all will have at same time. The food comes at 3:10pm literally expects us to stuff the food down and 3:22pm says we have to do cake and gifts and be out by 3:30pm. Okay but you brought food after 3pm it's is so hot in here barely can eat and waited on you for drinks. Unacceptable, no there was not a party in the room after me. I checked. After being told over and over no outside food and drink or Ice cream cakes, first party table I see full of fruit bowl, capri suns, and cooler with ice cream cakes! Unacceptable! Yes I told my hostess, I expect the same treatment to them. REMOVED from facility is what your flyer says, no exceptions! So kids had a blast running and playing, watch your kids, big kids push the little ones and stepping on fingers on purpose, yes I had to get onto someone's child. So the tv in the room no bday banner or strobe lights at the top like the other party rooms!? Why not? I seen Happy Bday child's name on the tvs and yea we didn't even have a table cloth. Pendant and marker nope didn't see that either. So entire package you have all these promises and didn't fulfill. Yes I told Mario manager I think was his name. I had to go find my party host in their break room taking selfies. Are you kidding me... and then you expect 20% tip on that package, I think not. Let's talk about cheese pizza 4 of them. That after cooked had no cheese barely covering all that dough. Are you kidding me?!? I would have sent it back had I not had 10 sweaty kids and adults hungry thirsty sitting in this 90 degree room! This was the most terrible experience I've ever had at a birthday party that I thought would be a breeze show up set-up and let her handle it. People were showing up without filling out the required waivers, and instead of having them step aside so the line could move, staff had them stand right at the counter filling everything out while everyone else waited. It took us over 30 minutes just to pay and get our kids inside. The biggest issue was the false advertising on their website. Their own site clearly says the GLOW shirt is INCLUDED with admission. We even showed them the screenshot. Then they tried charging us extra for the shirts anyway. Staff went to ask the manager and came back with, "There's nothing we can do." So you advertise one thing online, people drive out there expecting that price, then you change it at the counter? Completely unacceptable. The concession stand was shut down too. We had to literally hunt down a manager just to get someone to sell us drinks and snacks. For a packed Friday night event, that's embarrassing. On top of all that, kids were running around cussing nonstop in front of younger children. One kid got directly in my son's face acting aggressive and the staff standing nearby did absolutely nothing. No supervision. No control. No effort to keep the environment safe or family-friendly. Overcrowded, disorganized, misleading pricing, lazy management, and zero control over behavior inside the park. We will not be back.
