Absolutely ridiculous experience at Sky Zone Edmond. We drove 30 minutes because the reviews looked decent and the website made it sound organized and affordable. Reality was the complete opposite. The line to check in was a disaster. People were showing up without filling out the required waivers, and instead of having them step aside so the line could move, staff had them stand right at the counter filling everything out while everyone else waited. It took us over 30 minutes just to pay and get our kids inside. The biggest issue was the false advertising on their website. Their own site clearly says the GLOW shirt is INCLUDED with admission. We even showed them the screenshot. Then they tried charging us extra for the shirts anyway. Staff went to ask the manager and came back with, "There's nothing we can do." So you advertise one thing online, people drive out there expecting that price, then you change it at the counter? Completely unacceptable. The concession stand was shut down too. We had to literally hunt down a manager just to get someone to sell us drinks and snacks. For a packed Friday night event, that's embarrassing. On top of all that, kids were running around cussing nonstop in front of younger children. One kid got directly in my son's face acting aggressive and the staff standing nearby did absolutely nothing. No supervision. No control. No effort to keep the environment safe or family-friendly. Overcrowded, disorganized, misleading pricing, lazy management, and zero control over behavior inside the park. We will not be back. read more

It's always a fun time. even on a very busy Saturday. Safe, clean, and great staff. Those bathrooms were clean, as was the snack bar. Maybe because it was a Saturday and seemed to have more staff watching, which is a plus for safety. They pretty much kept to the time limit, although more time when nobody was waiting. We pulled in after two full days in the car (17 hours into our road trip from NC to CA) and the kids were elated! Friendly staff & lots of game/jump options. We did have to buy the sticky socks - those aren't something I packed for our journey to California's National Parks, but we'll keep them and perhaps reuse on this trip. This was the perfect end and energy release after a lot of driving. Might have to see if more of our road trip destinations have one, too. My nieces love coming to this Trampoline Park! The price is decent, they require you to pay $3.50 for their sky socks, so keep them and just wash it so you don't have to keep paying for them when you go. Pricing is relatively decent. For kids under 4, they have a special price which is $11.95 for 60 minutes. For kiddos older, it's $18.95 for 90 minutes. I was able to add 30 minutes for my niece who is 4 for $5. They love coming here and running around. They have trampolines, an area to play dodgeball, basketball and an area to jump off an inflatable. My only complaint is that the age ranges from young to old. One older kiddo was running (which they shouldn't do) and hit my niece and she fell down immediately which was uncool. There is obviously not designated areas of ages, which made it a little unsafe. Side note: They do have a concession which is overpriced.. I WANT TO DO THIS MYSELF! I took my grandson and after watching all the fun I want to go back and do this myself. The boys had so much fun. It apart to be a blast. So much for toddler time and allowing only the kids that met the height requirements in to play. Our toddler was being attacked by big kids running all around the trampolines near her, knocking her over. When we tried to move to another- they seemed to follow. We had a blast. This place is really fun for kids. We really liked all the different styles of rooms. Even with a bazillion kids everyone looked fairly safe. It is on the west side of academy attached to the building. I thought maps had me going to academy haha. This was such a cool place! Very clean and smaller than some of the other trampoline places which I liked because it was easier to keep an eye on the kiddos. Not that it's small, it's perfect size! And my favorite part was that they had an area netted off for toddlers. Parents can watch kids as closely or non closely as they like. For little kids you can be up by the trampolines to help them, or if you have older kids they have tables and chairs to hang out at. Went here for our 2yr olds birthday party and it was such a neat place! They have different areas for different age groups and even have basketball goals on the trampolines. We did a party package of 24 jumpers it includes pizza and sodas $430 before tip. They get to jump for an hour and get trampoline socks. The only thing I was disappointed about is that they only give you 40 minutes for the room for pizza/drinks/cakes and gift opening and the pizzas aren't served until after the jump time. However they did try to accommodate our large group and let our elderly folks (grand parents and great grands) sit in the room. I just wish they were able to enjoy the pizza while sitting around for an hour waiting on the kids to get done jumping. We had ab a group of 40 kids/adults. And then my daughters party package included a shirt but they didn't carry her size (2t).Besides that, it was great fun and our host Tiarra was great and so sweet and smiled the whole time and worked hard to try and accommodate such a large group by herself. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is complete trash! We took our 7 year old there for the first time and we will never be back!! There were clusters of teenagers outside that refused to move out of the way when we were trying to get inside. When we walked in, we had no idea what to do or where to go. The signs said to check in one place and then when we waited in that line to do so, we were told " go over there". So we then waited in another line to check in " over there" . As we started our journey to playing, there was a constant odor of pot protruding everywhere. Not something I want my child being around, especially in a " kid environment". There was also a massive fight that broke out. It went from one side of the place to the next side, where children were playing. I scooped my child outta there so fast!! They didn't have enough employees at the front. There are two exits; one is at the back of the building without security. 14 dollars an hour to jump, it doesn't say on the board with the prices but you have the option to pay 11 dollars for 30 minutes. There are special socks required to jump here and they sell them for three dollars a pair. There's a snack shop in there too. The place is separated into sections. Free jumping, a section for littles, a section for dodgeball, basketball and one where you jump into a pit. Great place for kids to jump around and burn energy. If you're an adult though I wouldn't recommend going there to jump, there's too many kids and too small of a space for you. Lol! read more
