One of the bully's mother had lied to me about was going on to cover her daughter and I know that was a lie cause my daughter's friends, their parent saw the whole thing when they were watching the kids. Fun place for kids and adults! Great prices too. $9.99 for an hour for kids under 46 inches. There was only about 15-20 kids total when we went at 1:00pm on a Thursday afternoon. This was great as there weren't too many kids to worry about running into. I like that there are sections for kids under 46 inches only. The ninja obstacle course was so much fun! My kids loved it. We showed up at 10 on a Thursday to be told it was only toddler time- apparently it's on the website but unless you have little kids you're not going to waste time reading the paragraph about toddlers so don't bother showing up on Tuesday or Thursday from 10-12 unless you only have toddlers. This is the smallest trampoline park I've ever seen, super super basic, and over priced for what they're offering. Its also pretty run down, dirty and lots of things ripped. We used Groupon to get cheaper admission and may visit again if there are more discounts because this place is not worth full price admission in my opinion. Also not a lot of comfortable seating for adults. The only reason I'm giving this place 3 stars is the young female employee who was there today 6/23/22. What a freaking super star. She was so nice and apologetic about the toddler time. But more then anything she's dang good with kids- if they would staff this place so she can spend more time in the jump area with kids this place would be amazing. She played a game of dodgeball with them that was much more enjoyable for the little kids with her there. She was able to correct kids, wrangle in the chaos to a safer level, but keep the fun going at the same time. Truly hope this establishment recognizes her for her hard work. read more

If you are looking for a Lord of the Flies type of setting, this is the place to go. I think this location allows parents to just drop their kids off without adult supervision. There were boys wrestling each other on the trampolines, the girl working was informed, and she did nothing - pretty much said it was ok. Call before you go. The posted hours mean nothing. We went on a Wednesday at 10 and were told they were close for a price party. We have never been to this location. I love that they go by height and not age. Other places my son has to be in the "baby/younger" area because of his age. He is a fairly taller 6 year old. He would always be left out when we went to other areas. Here he does not have to feel left out. We went for my daughter's birthday. We paid $100ish for 7 jumpers and a few trampoline socks for one hour. Pricing is not bad at all. One hour was the perfect time to be jumping. The staff was polite and courteous! I take my four year old to Get Air VERY often! It is not huge here, so it is not overwhelming to him. The staff is always familiar and friendly! The price is PERFECT! They have an hourly pay thing going on- GREAT IDEA! We usually go during the day, during the week, so we hardly hit a crowd. Saturdays get WILD! My son gets freaked out by the amount of kids present on the weekend, but Saturdays are a good time to take older kiddos! read more

We had my nephew's birthday party here the other day. This was a lot of fun for 9 year olds to come out and really have a great time together. I really love the fact that you're out playing together getting exercise versus sitting in front of the TV playing video games. However, they were supposed to be providing us some pizzas for the birthday party but when they were delivered they were one short. I obviously could not leave the entire baseball team hungry so I had to rush to McDonald's across the street to order a mess of cheeseburgers. This is a lot of fun for the kids, but it can also be dangerous at times. In two hours we had three injuries, but I guess boys will be boys LOL. I do highly recommend taking him your kid to have a good time and get some excellent exercise while doing it. read more

Extremely unhelpful I've been trying to find out when my contract expires since January. Have not had anybody from corporate call me back you're unable to stay on hold or talk to a real life person. The food is disgusting they don't clean appropriately or watch the children. I am extremely unhappy with Urban Air and the company as a whole. And this happened way before Covid. I would never recommend contracts with this facility. There is no support for local facilities from the corporate level. The lady offered me three different versions of cancelling my contract and let me cancel my membership instead of just giving me my money back and threatened me with early cancellation charges. Had my son's birthday party here last week and it was a blast, but I have a few comments. First off BRING YOUR OWN WATER OR SOMETHING TO DRINK, they do not have anything available. Second. The management is very, very rude. My daughter was given the wrong wrist band and was told her time was up an hour early. When I went to talk to the manager, she told me to go find our hostess and talk to her and turned around and just left my daughter and me just standing at the counter. Third. Double check your bill. I went to Get Air for a birthday party my 6 year old son attended on a Saturday at 12:30. The place is clean and large with several jumping areas. There's a general area with several trampolines, a basketball hoop, a dodge ball set up, and a small obstacle course. There's plenty of stuff to do for kids and there were several parents taking part as well. Additionally, there's plenty of walkways/seating for kids to run to different areas or for parents to watch the kids. There's also an area for kids shorter than 46 inches tall. There's no shortage of things to do at this place. As we attended a party, I don't know the prices per kid or rental of space. But, I will say the party area is small and cramped. There are approximately 6-8 picnic tables in the back area where the parties happen. While we were there, there were 4 birthday parties happening at the same time. To say it was crowded back there is an understatement, and we were lucky to be at a party that had the first picnic table. Some of the other tables looked to be even more cramped. I was surprised how small the party area was, given that at similar places I've seen individual rooms for parties available. The employees do a good job of getting everyone checked in and ready to jump, but they can only do so much. So, there was a lot of waiting. I overheard one parent say they went to a party at Get Air on a Sunday morning and had the run of the place. I guess if you don't go during peak hours it would be okay, but it was too crowded for me. Oh, be sure to bring your own drinks. 20 ounce cokes and bottles of water were $3 each from the machine. They were at least cold. Get Air is a cool concept and ought to be successful. I do think overbooking is a concern and the party area was crowded to the point I don't know if I would schedule a party there. But, my son and the other kids at the party had a blast, which is all that really matters. read more

We used to go to this location for their toddler time every Tuesday and Thursday. We showed up Thursday and there was a sign on the door saying there was no toddler time and it was open to every one. We were just there Tuesday and had they told us this, we would not have made the 30 minute drive on Thursday. So instead we tried to give it a go. They didn't honor the "mom jumps with toddler" concept so we were not allowed to be with our little ones. One of the employees was watching us so closely it could have burned a hole.... and if we even looked like we might step on the trampoline (to assist our 1.5 year olds) or our toddlers took a foam cube from the jump pit.... dude was rushing to us to get onto us. We ended up leaving well before our hour we paid for and had a terrible experience. Not only our group but every single person who brought a toddler that we spoke to was fed up with the situation and the employee on a power trip who would walk across the room to the toddler area to get onto everyone. The only reason this is a 3 and not a 1 is because typically we enjoy toddler time. Especially the employees who typically work toddler time (the girl who is out on the floor almost every toddler time is sooo great!). We (the group of moms that usually come with us) are undecided if we will return or wait for the one in Moore to open. read more

There was only young people working there so nothing was said to the couple making out. That being said it was two teenagers at that making out they were both of male gender. Yes I do realize this is today's world and I do teach my children differently. But I would just prefer my children not say that at all mill female to males to females whatever it maybe. Very unfriendly place, my kids were constantly being followed by staff while the other kids did no have staff follow them. I went to speak to the on duty manager. Her response was they stand there all the time. I told Her i know and we never had them constantly follow my kids to every section while nobody was monitoring the other children. I asked for my refund because I purchase 2 hrs and only spent .30 minutes. And I have two child. One over 46 " and the other a 6 yr old under 46. But we got charged for more for both over 46. Again I asked the manager for our reund and it was denied and she called security to remove us. No explanation given why we were being told to leave. read more
