The staff is super friendly and the kids love it here. It's a great option for working out some energy somewhere that's still air conditioned. read more

Fun place for kids and adults! Great prices too. $9.99 for an hour for kids under 46 inches. There was only about 15-20 kids total when we went at 1:00pm on a Thursday afternoon. This was great as there weren't too many kids to worry about running into. I like that there are sections for kids under 46 inches only. The ninja obstacle course was so much fun! My kids loved it. There is a swing and a pit you can just jump into which is fun. My kids had a great time. We are just visiting but will definitely come back next time! read more

My daughter was attacked by 3 older girls . One of the bully's mother had lied to me about was going on to cover her daughter and I know that was a lie cause my daughter's friends, their parent saw the whole thing when they were watching the kids. When I spoke with the employee they had ensure me they would look at the camera and the general manager would update me. Well it's been weeks and I have NOT received any update from them. I have attempted to reached out to them multiple times trying to call them but reaching the store has been difficult. read more

The staff is super friendly. This is our favorite party place. They take very good care of the party kid and family, they do all of the clean up, and provide a lot of paper goods. It is always a nice experience. read more

dried vomit on the foam in the pit! My child pointed it out saying "what is this? It smells!" When I told an employee, someone removed the 4 visible pieces of foam and did a kind of fluff on the others. Needless to say we left and won't go back. read more

Birthday party for our 10 year old was a HIT!!! Only one girl working but she was AMAZING!!! Friendly, professional and so very helpful. Definitely would recommend. read more

Friendly staff. For the amount they charge I would have expected a little more. This place is in real despair!

We had my son's 4th birthday here and it was the BEST! We had it on a Tuesday night and it was only us and another family so it felt like we had the place to ourselves! We paid for the party package and that included pizza and the employees setting up plates and a special sign with his name on it! They had awesome deals for parties and it was SO worth it! We will be coming back:) Madi W. was especially helpful at the front desk! read more

We showed up at 10 on a Thursday to be told it was only toddler time- apparently it's on the website but unless you have little kids you're not going to waste time reading the paragraph about toddlers so don't bother showing up on Tuesday or Thursday from 10-12 unless you only have toddlers. This is the smallest trampoline park I've ever seen, super super basic, and over priced for what they're offering. Its also pretty run down, dirty and lots of things ripped. We used Groupon to get cheaper admission and may visit again if there are more discounts because this place is not worth full price admission in my opinion. Also not a lot of comfortable seating for adults. The only reason I'm giving this place 3 stars is the young female employee who was there today 6/23/22. What a freaking super star. She was so nice and apologetic about the toddler time. But more then anything she's dang good with kids- if they would staff this place so she can spend more time in the jump area with kids this place would be amazing. She played a game of dodgeball with them that was much more enjoyable for the little kids with her there. She was able to correct kids, wrangle in the chaos to a safer level, but keep the fun going at the same time. Truly hope this establishment recognizes her for her hard work. read more

It is not kept up...a lot of torn up equipment and messy. No balls for the kids to play dodgeball. Apparently whoever owns this place is not investing in repairing and upkeep of the park. read more

If you are looking for a Lord of the Flies type of setting, this is the place to go. I think this location allows parents to just drop their kids off without adult supervision. There were boys wrestling each other on the trampolines, the girl working was informed, and she did nothing - pretty much said it was ok. This is definitely not a place you want to have your younger kids at. read more

Awesome jump park! Lots of activities for kids of all ages. Love that they have designated times for my toddler on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday mornings. Staff is very friendly and super helpful. read more

Call before you go. The posted hours mean nothing. We went on a Wednesday at 10 and were told they were close for a price party. It was devastating as I had to drag my 2 year old crying back to the car. The staff didn't care what a giant disappointment it was and how it inconvenienced our day. read more

We have never been to this location. I love that they go by height and not age. Other places my son has to be in the "baby/younger" area because of his age. He is a fairly taller 6 year old. He would always be left out when we went to other areas. Here he does not have to feel left out. We went for my daughter's birthday. We paid $100ish for 7 jumpers and a few trampoline socks for one hour. Pricing is not bad at all. One hour was the perfect time to be jumping. The staff was polite and courteous! No complaints at all. We will be back. read more

when we went to get our key for the locker the workers had their friend behind the counter. We asked for the key and the workers friend said no and threw the key at us and it landed on the floor. We went and got our stuff and went to give the key back. When we got there i threw the key back at her and she was schocked even though that's what she did to us. Her friends that were working there laughed and did nothing. it was very annoying and just made me mad read more

Assitant manager - Chris was a jerk. Di not waste your time. Its dirty, there is no cleaning at all. Would tell everyone to not waste your time. Go to Moore- they at least clean and are friendly read more

I take my four year old to Get Air VERY often! It is not huge here, so it is not overwhelming to him. The staff is always familiar and friendly! The price is PERFECT! They have an hourly pay thing going on- GREAT IDEA! We usually go during the day, during the week, so we hardly hit a crowd. Saturdays get WILD! My son gets freaked out by the amount of kids present on the weekend, but Saturdays are a good time to take older kiddos! read more

There is only one person working!!! She is awesome! What kind of manager leaves only one person working in this place. There are 50 kids here!!! plus parents, sitters, grandparents. The girl working is running her tail off. I'm sure she is not getting paid enough. I understand it's hard to get help, but this was an accident waiting to happen! shame on you! read more

We had my nephew's birthday party here the other day. This was a lot of fun for 9 year olds to come out and really have a great time together. I really love the fact that you're out playing together getting exercise versus sitting in front of the TV playing video games. However, they were supposed to be providing us some pizzas for the birthday party but when they were delivered they were one short. I obviously could not leave the entire baseball team hungry so I had to rush to McDonald's across the street to order a mess of cheeseburgers. This is a lot of fun for the kids, but it can also be dangerous at times. In two hours we had three injuries, but I guess boys will be boys LOL. I do highly recommend taking him your kid to have a good time and get some excellent exercise while doing it. read more

My daughter and I love coming during toddler time on Tuesday mornings. Such a fun place to get energy out for little ones.

Extremely unhelpful I've been trying to find out when my contract expires since January. Have not had anybody from corporate call me back you're unable to stay on hold or talk to a real life person. The food is disgusting they don't clean appropriately or watch the children. I am extremely unhappy with Urban Air and the company as a whole. And this happened way before Covid. I would never recommend contracts with this facility. There is no support for local facilities from the corporate level. The lady offered me three different versions of cancelling my contract and let me cancel my membership instead of just giving me my money back and threatened me with early cancellation charges. My contract ended in May which doesn't say anything about missed months due to them being closed. Because they charged me for me and refuse to give me my money back . read more

The guy at the front desk was great and helpful. The lady working today's toddler time was so kind. We will be back certainly because I love fantastic customer service. read more

Had my son's birthday party here last week and it was a blast, but I have a few comments. First off BRING YOUR OWN WATER OR SOMETHING TO DRINK, they do not have anything available. Second. The management is very, very rude. My daughter was given the wrong wrist band and was told her time was up an hour early. When I went to talk to the manager, she told me to go find our hostess and talk to her and turned around and just left my daughter and me just standing at the counter. Third. Double check your bill. I was over charged $75 and would have not noticed if I had not asked for a print out. read more

Perfect little spot if you have kids of different ages. We scoped out a few places, but ran into some issues where our youngest would have to come at a different time than our oldest, but here they have their own area and she's just tall enough to do the big kid things. Lots of things to do here: basketball, ninja course, and a foam pit! If you swing by, speak to Corbin, he's always willing to help! read more

Staff is very polite, observant of safety of children, and helpful. Robert Griffin was an employee that checked on us in the "Little Air" area several times to make sure we didn't need anything. Great employee! The facility is clean and the air temp is comfortable. We will come back for another jump! read more

I went to Get Air for a birthday party my 6 year old son attended on a Saturday at 12:30. The place is clean and large with several jumping areas. There's a general area with several trampolines, a basketball hoop, a dodge ball set up, and a small obstacle course. There's plenty of stuff to do for kids and there were several parents taking part as well. Additionally, there's plenty of walkways/seating for kids to run to different areas or for parents to watch the kids. There's also an area for kids shorter than 46 inches tall. There's no shortage of things to do at this place. As we attended a party, I don't know the prices per kid or rental of space. But, I will say the party area is small and cramped. There are approximately 6-8 picnic tables in the back area where the parties happen. While we were there, there were 4 birthday parties happening at the same time. To say it was crowded back there is an understatement, and we were lucky to be at a party that had the first picnic table. Some of the other tables looked to be even more cramped. I was surprised how small the party area was, given that at similar places I've seen individual rooms for parties available. The employees do a good job of getting everyone checked in and ready to jump, but they can only do so much. So, there was a lot of waiting. I overheard one parent say they went to a party at Get Air on a Sunday morning and had the run of the place. I guess if you don't go during peak hours it would be okay, but it was too crowded for me. Oh, be sure to bring your own drinks. 20 ounce cokes and bottles of water were $3 each from the machine. They were at least cold. Get Air is a cool concept and ought to be successful. I do think overbooking is a concern and the party area was crowded to the point I don't know if I would schedule a party there. But, my son and the other kids at the party had a blast, which is all that really matters. read more

We used to go to this location for their toddler time every Tuesday and Thursday. We showed up Thursday and there was a sign on the door saying there was no toddler time and it was open to every one. We were just there Tuesday and had they told us this, we would not have made the 30 minute drive on Thursday. So instead we tried to give it a go. They didn't honor the "mom jumps with toddler" concept so we were not allowed to be with our little ones. One of the employees was watching us so closely it could have burned a hole.... and if we even looked like we might step on the trampoline (to assist our 1.5 year olds) or our toddlers took a foam cube from the jump pit.... dude was rushing to us to get onto us. We ended up leaving well before our hour we paid for and had a terrible experience. Not only our group but every single person who brought a toddler that we spoke to was fed up with the situation and the employee on a power trip who would walk across the room to the toddler area to get onto everyone. The only reason this is a 3 and not a 1 is because typically we enjoy toddler time. Especially the employees who typically work toddler time (the girl who is out on the floor almost every toddler time is sooo great!). We (the group of moms that usually come with us) are undecided if we will return or wait for the one in Moore to open. read more

My children and I where there Today. My husband and I don't even make out in public so I don't even think anybody else should do that let alone at a children's place. There was only young people working there so nothing was said to the couple making out. That being said it was two teenagers at that making out they were both of male gender. Yes I do realize this is today's world and I do teach my children differently. But I would just prefer my children not say that at all mill female to males to females whatever it maybe. Very unfriendly place, my kids were constantly being followed by staff while the other kids did no have staff follow them. I went to speak to the on duty manager. Her response was they stand there all the time. I told Her i know and we never had them constantly follow my kids to every section while nobody was monitoring the other children. I asked for my refund because I purchase 2 hrs and only spent .30 minutes. And I have two child. One over 46 " and the other a 6 yr old under 46. But we got charged for more for both over 46. Again I asked the manager for our reund and it was denied and she called security to remove us. No explanation given why we were being told to leave. read more
