They went above and beyond the service requested and gave tips to us that helped make our exterior painting job even better. Vive Painting made areas of our exterior where stucco had fallen off look brand new. They filled some holes in the stucco from an old pergola in our backyard and also painted our shutters. They did an amazing job on our wooden eaves in sealing and repainting them. Additionally, they sealed our window frames on the outside. Finally, they repainted our stair rails in our front and backyard that were showing signs of rust. We are so happy with the work that Vive Painting, Paolo, and his team did. We will definitely work with them again. They are friendly, knowledgeable, have excellent communication, and answer all questions.

Because of the honesty, professionalism, I saw immediately with David, a few dollars more here or there didn't matter to me! Price was competitive! Maybe, I could have done a (little) better money wise, but not honesty and professionalism. The stress of having people in and out of your house with different estimates was overwhelming! David relieved my stress. You will know immediately that David is a straight shooter! Not only did they do everything we agreed on, but more at no additional charge! They came back 2 weeks later to finish a promise! Thank you so much high quality for a job well done! Keep up the good work! Thank you David!!. You can continue searching, and not believe me, but that's your stress and strain! Last, but not least, David referred a painter who did an outstanding job! Just in case you need a painter. You'd be lucky if David refers Jaime!

We ordered the LVP from a supplier since we needed a specific brand and color to match the flooring on the 1st floor. Alex helped procure the baseboards and beading for one room to match the wall to wall shelves. Alex went and got a piece of hard plywood to replace a small piece of flooring that had some water damage. His installation crew was open to our ideas on how to move our heavy furniture across rooms so that they could finish 2 rooms on Day 1 and the remaining 2 on Day 2. Overall it was a smooth and stress free installation. My wife and I recommend Alex and his team. He said he is looking to get into design work and we plan to reach out for some minor remodeling work later this year.

After putting flooring in just 1/4 or 1/3 of our house he stopped coming for several weeks! We were left with a partial floor and he wouldn't answer calls or texts. When they finally came back after a month he had the excuse that he and all his crew had a sore throat. After finally completing the rest of the flooring, the doors on my daughters closet were so tight that they literally were stuck in place. His crew were going to leave it that way and said there was nothing they could do! We pushed back and said they couldn't leave with a closet full of my daughters things that she could no longer get to! They said there was nothing they could do. We insisted that they try again to adjust the doors which thy finally did and the doors work fine, but they were planning on leaving them no longer working! As they were finishing we noticed the flooring in the kitchen was making loud cracking and popping sounds every time we walked on it. Alex had one of his workers cut out a couple planks (taking off the interlocking edges),and glued them back down. (It is meant to be a floating floor!) within a day or two they were popping and cracking again but even worse now and it is spreading to many other planks. As soon as he got his money he disappeared. He wont answer any calls or texts or messages. We are very frustrated to say the least and will now need to talk to the contractors state license board and his bond company and other avenues because our floor can not stay this way! It you are even thinking about doing business with Odvin "Alex"ander Casimiro Rosales and Pristine Flooring, DON'T! I wish someone had warned us and saved us from this experience. He talks a good game and seems so nice but the skill of his workmanship is not good, he doesn't stand behind his work, and as soon as he gets your money he will disappear. To not even respond to so many efforts to reach out and try to work out a solution is really unbelievable! It has been over a month of trying to contact Alex and he clearly has no interest in being a reputable, reliable or responsible business. After my experience I have looked him up on other review sites and see that others have had the same experience as me, so his terrible flooring installation skills and customer service is obviously the way he operates. I wish I had known all this before I hired him!!!!
