He's a super nice guy and won't BS you either. His prices are good and the service was prompt. The shop does custom work and they have a full service area for typical repairs (electrical, motor work, oil changes etc.). He'll order custom parts from most places like Drag Specialties. The shop also sells custom bikes, riding gear, helmets, and other items as well.

I spent 8 minutes in the store and when no one acknowledged me I left. I traveled from Long Island to check out your selection on motorcycles and scooters but I guess they are making enough money that customers walking into there store is not priority. Come on guys I walk into a dealership and I usually purchase something. After today I will definitely not recommend going here to purchase anything. Customer service is why we go to work!!!! I quickly found Charlie and he took care of all my worries. His shop specializes in custom auto and custom bikes. The work on the bikes alone made me feel secure. I saw many other foreign vehicles including a Lamborghini, BMW, and a C class that was getting a clear protection for the paint. My truck was done well quickly and properly. I was not expecting the bill to be so expensive. He will say "I'll try to work with you." First, he said the price was $190, then $650, and finally $950. When I bought it over, I wanted the electrical wires to be connected and the engine running. When I came to pick it up... - The headlights does NOT turn on and off. It always says on. - The turn signals does NOT work - The brake light does NOT work - The horn does NOT work - All the wires were nice and neat when i bought it over. When i picked it up, the electrical wires were dangling everywhere and cut. I asked him what the green wire you cut was and left disconnected. He doesn't know. All this play in the wires, and it still doesn't work. - The electric start does NOT work even though he claimed that the battery needs to be charged. It worked before I bought it over. It would crank when I plug in the battery. I got it back, it was completely dead. - The bike was very clean when I bought it over. It was very dirty and greasy when I got it back. We agreed to fix the engine and wires, but he only fixed the engine for $950 by using "new old stock" parts he claimed. The parts are just used parts, not NOS. Everything that was done was bare minimum. I got so pissed off when I got it back. I wanted to make this bike to look like new again but he only made it worse. I was going to keep it but now I want to get rid of it... my heart was broken when I picked it up. I asked him why isn't all the electric lights working and he said that I have to pay him more to wire it even though I told him on the phone, "fix the wiring and the engine".
