He said that he hadn't had time to look at it yet. A few more weeks went by and we called him again. He told us that we had the wrong size winding key and he was trying to find one online. Long story short, he never was able to get another winding key for us. We ended up picking it up from him without having it fixed. Funny thing is that our clock was working before, just not keeping EXACT time (was maybe five minutes off a day). When we got it home, it wouldn't work at all, and hasn't worked since. I would not recommend AAA Clock Repair. They have poor customer service and don't return phone calls. You have to go there in person to get a grumpy response.

After my third try to repair the clock, I was able to get it working. Shortly after that, we moved and the clock again had to be stopped and restarted. He told me he would make a house call for $30, failed to show up when he said he would, when called, he said the price was $180 for a house call but agreed to come for $30 as originally quoted. Once again he failed to show up. Stay away from this guy. He is dishonest and unreliable.
