I dropped off my ring to be sized. It was done quickly. When I came to pick it up, I was handed my…read morering with a smile. However I looked down, and saw that my ring was shockingly missing a diamond. I informed the associate who looked around in the tissue paper and then said that they would get a stone put back in there. I was devastated as those are the diamonds my husband proposed to me with and it was sad to see my ring looking like a piece of junk, but I put my faith in Goldline to make it right. When I picked it up, the jeweler said he found a diamond in the ring cleaner that was probably mine, and they put it back in. No reassurance that the settings were tightened back up, just brushed off and told this happens all the time. By the time I got home, on the same day, I saw the diamond was missing again. I also got my ring dipped one year ago and when I picked it up, noticed a bunch of new scuffs. So I brought in a whole shiny ring to be sized and picked up a piece of junk: I am now down a diamond and need to get the white gold redone, all out of my own pocket. I never leave reviews but this was such a disappointing experience with people who haphazardly handled my most sentimental piece of jewelry. They did not care that they handed me a ring that was missing a diamond, so they certainly won't care that it happened again. I will never be back and urge all to beware.

We were told that the ring fell apart due to the fact that the diamonds were "too small" and that they would keep falling out "most likely!"   (((((  but that's a ring Kay Jewelers sells and stands stand behind?????? ))))))) ((( not so great!!! ))) my thought was to go ahead and get a refund due to being told the ring would "most likely" fall apart (lose diamonds) and you only have 30days for a refund. i still wanted the same ring so I could have got a full refund purchased a new ring and warranty and have had a new 30 day policy with a new ring. when I told this to whom I believe to be Myra Graudet. the female sales rep from Kay's with salt and pepper hair (whom I believe to be Myra Graudet) then stated that since the ring fell apart within the first 30days that if the ring needed service or the ring broke again  Kay's would still offer a service or refund of my choice, if the ring fell apart within 30day of having the ring back from repairs, because the normal refund policy is 30days. ______________________________________________________________ (((( !!!!!!she agreed!!!!! )))) that it would make sense to get a refund now then purchase a new ring and 30day policy due to the rings falling apart "a-lot."  she then told me it would take more time to order the new ring and size the ring and it would be quicker to have the ring repaired and that kay's would give us another 30days on that ring. so i wouldn't have to wait for a new ring and then if something did happen within 30days again she assured me I would have the option of service or refund of my choice within 30 of receiving the ring from repairs.
