I've had a ring re-sized, earring wires replaced, and they even helped when I made the mistake of taking a watch somewhere else to get it fixed and got totally taken advantage of by that other watch repair company. Robert saved the day and fixed what that company had made worse than the original problem I'd gone to them with. I'll never stray again! I also took a watch I was giving as a gift there to have it sized correctly. Robert was kind enough to teach us how to use the watch even, since it hadn't come with any sort of owner's manual. In addition, I have had rings rhodium plated. I've also purchased jewelry from them -- they have a lovely selection of various types of jewelry including rings, necklaces, and watches. They also special order things, and I ordered a beautiful pair of gold hoop earrings. They are quick and communicative as well as extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
