Arsenije is the definition of reliable and extremely trustworthy--he is quite literally the type of person you feel entirely comfortable handing a house key to, knowing he has your absolute best interests at heart. He is incredibly punctual, showing up exactly when he says he will. What sets Arsenije apart is his honesty and attention to detail. If a hurdle came up, he was upfront about it immediately and already had a plan to fix it. His pride of workmanship is unmatched; if something doesn't look perfect, he usually catches and corrects it before you even notice. If I ever pointed anything out, he addressed it instantly without hesitation. Beyond his incredible work ethic, he is charismatic, friendly, and a genuine pleasure to have around the house. Since the home is only two years old, I didn't feel comfortable trusting just anyone with the repairs. After looking into several options, we contacted a company called 1800 Water Damage. After meeting him, I decided to move forward with their company. They immediately began a full drying process in all the affected areas. After three days, they confirmed everything was completely dry through testing and then proceeded with the repairs. The entire process was completed much faster than I expected. Thanks to Eddie, everything was handled professionally and to my complete satisfaction. I truly appreciate the quality of work and service I received. Door Works' employees Maryellen Meister and Hernan Arbaiza misrepresented and misled my husband & I…read moreafter we complied with Door Works terms and thought Hernan Arbaiza knew Fimbel, the garage door product we bought. Maryellen Meister told us that Door Works rejected a "claim" for the new/correct doors approx. after 5 months after Hernan Arbaiza admitted to my husband that he made a mistake when he placed the order with Fimbel, the garage door manufacturer we chose. Maryellen Meister told me that Door Works did not sell a lot of Fimbel doors because of their bespoke/customized styling, essentially, when I complained about Hernan sending us proposals with wrong information after we told him what we wanted (e.g., no windows, matte brown color, a design that replicated our original garage doors). Hernan Arbaiza showed up with Fimbel garage door samples at our home. He gave us a Fimbel catalogue. We even visited Door Works' showroom in Elmwood Park, NJ and literally discussed & pointed out the Fimbel door design and product we wanted. Hernan acknowledged all of our requests. Maryellen Meister's revelations come after approx. 5 months of comms from Hernan Arbaiza telling us that the new garage "panels"/doors were on order/being manufactured. Door Works misled us and misrepresented their actions with intent. Meister, Arbaiza and the rest of Doorworks' team gaslit us when we tried to get to the bottom of new installation dates, delays, clarification of correct information. They lied over and over again to cover up their incompetence, mistakes and lies with intent.

Mikula was the largest company and I located them with a Google search. The other two contractors I found by word of mouth. Mikula's estimate was the most competitive and once they started the job they worked continuously to completion. They demolished a 4500 square-foot house with concrete basement, a four car garage with attached clubhouse and an in-ground reenforced concrete, swimming pool. The operators of the excavating equipment were highly skilled and easy to communicate with at all times. Scheduling was accomplished through office personnel who were very knowledgeable and responsive. There were no glitches in the entire operation--from estimating the job to obtaining permits to completion. In fact, the quality of the work was so impressive, I hired Mikula to build a rock wall around the perimeter of a pond on my property and install a French drain to divert surface water. This second job was completed in 2 1/2 days and the results were impressive. This is a company that has earned its reputation for excellence and the machine operators and laborers obviously take pride in their work. Plus, Mikula owns most of the equipment used on the job--excavators, dozers, skid steer machines dump trucks and trailers - -so the company is not dependent on others to get the job done. I highly recommend this company. John Collins Livingston, NJ
