Prime Mold Removal did an outstanding job fixing my basement…read more Mold was removed from the walls of the basement, replaced insulation, drywall and painted. Then they installed vinyl floor planks over the existing floor. Mike and Shimon were very professional, reliable and committed to doing the job right. They were transparent about costs, clearly explaining the work with detailed invoices outlining the work and associated fees. They arrived on time and maintained a clean and organized workspace. They provided ongoing progress of the job with text messages and photos. Work was done meticulously and efficiently and with care. Shimon was especially conscientious and attentive to detail. Any minor changes, questions or concerns were addressed, adjustments thoroughly resolved. The craftsmanship was evident in the quality of the finished result: the insulation, new walls, painting and the vinyl floor planks they installed looked as if they were always there. Their work helped transform the appearance of the dingy dank basement and now, a light, clean open space. It resembles a model showroom! I 'm extremely grateful to Mike and Shimon for their expertise, honesty, attention to detail and commitment to quality. I highly recommend Prime Mold Removal-they are outstanding and make the entire process smooth and the physical results beautiful. Thank you Mike and Shimon! These are the people you want for your contracting needs!

He took the time during the inspection to explain his findings as well as afterwards on the phone once I had the written report. He also made a point to be flexible enough to fit a 2nd visit into his schedule to return to the building and inspect things & areas that he didn't have access to during the original inspection (Note: I did have to pay extra for the second visit). I highly recommend James and Desired Home Inspections. If I buy another property in New York City in the future, I would definitely hire him again.

The owner has failed to provide suitable safety for children in the following ways: *No adult background checks *Placed his "girlfriend" as safety lead. Completely distracted, no legal training. He also shared that she is/was an undocumented citizen and they had been "together" for over seven years but he refused to marry her (asked me for help with getting her, her citizenship ... um... no? lol) - seems like a green card and/or trafficking hustle to me. I thought maybe she was escaping a bad country but the owner divulged that she and her family flew back and forth a lot and that he wanted to move there??? Children and unsuspecting adults should not be around this. Do not have her work with your children unless you are sure she has proper legal training to do so. *No proper emergency contacts for children. *Inappropriate comments from owner about young women in the program (this was not done around children). The program is free but is being used as a way to create a curriculum that he'll be making money off of. Another way for unsuspecting black/brown bodies to be profited off of without permission.

I cannot recommend him highly enough. Arsenije is the definition of reliable and extremely trustworthy--he is quite literally the type of person you feel entirely comfortable handing a house key to, knowing he has your absolute best interests at heart. He is incredibly punctual, showing up exactly when he says he will. What sets Arsenije apart is his honesty and attention to detail. If a hurdle came up, he was upfront about it immediately and already had a plan to fix it. His pride of workmanship is unmatched; if something doesn't look perfect, he usually catches and corrects it before you even notice. If I ever pointed anything out, he addressed it instantly without hesitation. Beyond his incredible work ethic, he is charismatic, friendly, and a genuine pleasure to have around the house. While working on one area, he'd casually point out other maintenance items around the house that needed attention--not to upsell me, but out of a sincere care for the integrity of my home. I honestly wish I could hire him to do everything in my house. If you get the chance to work with Arsenije, jump at it!

Made inquiry on Yelp for carpet steam cleaning, and this company contacted us almost immediately and were able to schedule a cleaner within a day or two. Cleaner called an hour before arrival, reviewed the site and discussed the price. Initial steam cleaning for the living room/dining room and hallway was one price. Additional shampoo, sanitizing, deodorizing, etc treatment was an additional price. We agreed to have everything done. Cleaner brought up his equipment and finished the project in less than two hours. Happy with results of our clean, almost like new carpet.
