Please keep in mind that I'm a white guy, BUT: When I rolled up to get my car washed, the employee said "oh, we haven't seen a Pontiac in a while... you know what that stands for, right?" I had no idea, but he said something about an acronym where the "N" stood for an incredibly racist and insensitive term that I thought we all agreed we weren't using anymore.... If I wasn't so shocked I would have left at that moment. I wasn't ready for some guy to say a bunch of racist things to me. I will never spend any money at this business again and I will be telling everyone I know that this location is racist as hell. I would like to use stronger language, but I want people to know that this business is garbage and don't want there to be any confusion about this fact. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS OR THEIR LOCATIONS. My request was for $20. I had in mind just $10 but I had to drive to Albany then changed my mind to $15. At the pump finally decided for $20. That will left me with extra $30 for anything else in my bank account. When the attendant finished up ask me if I want a receipt and after I stated no, turn the key and with terror in my face noticed the gas gauge went all the way to full. Immediately check my bank account to discover an overdraft. This guy filled up my tank!!! When I asked him he just said "I'm sorry, it was my mistake". That's it? What a way to obligate to pay for a non requested item and now I will have to pay $35 in overdraft fees just because an attendance don't pay attention on his job. I'm sure that there is anything that I can do because I will use the gas in the future time but this guy put me in a so bad position because I'm loosing money now. Just be aware if you load gas on this station, make sure that they don't filled you up by "accident"

Shane went out of his way to not only track down the invoice but also sent me a copy of my vehicle's overall maintenance history AND Chevys requirements for oil changes on my vehicle. Something that the dealership was unable to provide. Above and beyond for customer service. Being from California I can sometimes feel like this level of attention is something that has become a lost art. People are more often too busy to help. Not Shane, not his store. For the most part, he was a fair and honest business owner, initially. One month ago, my truck had transmission issues. 4,450 miles were put on my truck in that year and the work he did failed. The parts he put in he swore by and even gave me a 2 year warranty on the work. So, back to Phil's Transmission my truck goes. One month later, I get a phone call from Phil saying the billet low stall converter failed and he ended up having to replace it. One month to replace a torque converter. Now, the time frame initially bothering me the most (and being vocal about it to him), he finally completes his job of replacing a torque converter. And what I mean by completing, is that he just so happened to have a torque converter laying around in his shop that would fit mine. Whether this is a low stall billet converter that I paid high dollar for or not, Only the next shop will know. Today, I went to pick up my truck and found something that pissed me off beyond comprehension. Not two days before my torque converter issues I gave my truck a bath. Not that it even needed it, it was nice out and I just wanted to get it clean. When I inquired Phil about the mud all over the side of my truck his response was "My guys weren't abusing your truck, but I'll give you 10 dollars for a car wash." This prompted me to do an even further inspection of my truck and noticed even more during the month that he had it. Almost half a tank (16+/- gallons had been burnt), Over 90 miles had been put on the truck, AND the OLD transmission fluid from a year ago, was recycled and put back into the truck. Now don't get me wrong, the evidence I've gathered is Phil really doesn't do the test driving or work on the truck, it's his lackeys. And the lackeys he has working on the vehicles his customers brings him are nothing but disrespectful, ignorant fools that have no sense of professionalism for other people's property. When they see a fancy toy they will never be able to afford, they want to go out and have fun in it. However, Phil defends his "employees" and takes no responsibility for what they do and how they do it. My warning to anyone reading this. Do Not Take Your Vehicle To Phil's Transmission.
