This is the worst car wash I've been to... first of all it never truly gets my car clean both times I've been... once it broke my windshield wiper off, I was hoping that was a one off issue and went another time... this time it broke off part of my license plate cover and now my plate is just hanging. So, I don't often post reviews because this is a pretty small town and most things are fine and/or at least get the job done. However, I have never had a company employee use a derogatory, racist term towards me or my life.... Please keep in mind that I'm a white guy, BUT: When I rolled up to get my car washed, the employee said "oh, we haven't seen a Pontiac in a while... you know what that stands for, right?" I had no idea, but he said something about an acronym where the "N" stood for an incredibly racist and insensitive term that I thought we all agreed we weren't using anymore.... If I wasn't so shocked I would have left at that moment. I wasn't ready for some guy to say a bunch of racist things to me. I will never spend any money at this business again and I will be telling everyone I know that this location is racist as hell. I would like to use stronger language, but I want people to know that this business is garbage and don't want there to be any confusion about this fact. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS OR THEIR LOCATIONS. Went through the car wash yesterday was very unimpressed . For starters it was my friends New Testament that I was driving . Somehow at the end of it all it got off track and would no longer pull forward. The idiot working there tried to tell me that I'd put it in park you know anything about a Tesla you're not going to just put it mark That's not how it works . Next thing I know he's telling us to pull up apart cuz he thinks the guy behind us hit us . Long story short there is no damage to either car the poor guy behind us was scared they had hit a new Tesla . Crappy service and when they were asked what happened all they said is we don't know I was in the back not paying attention. The worst car wash I've ever been to. I am from the Beaverton/Hillsboro area and am used to their new state-of-the-art car wash out there where vacuuming is free with your wash. This one doesn't even have vacuum's to pay to use! My car isn't clean, my license plate frame is broken and my license plate is warped. Will scratch your paint down the entire side of your car then tell you it's not possible that it was caused by them. They don't claim liability even when it was obviously caused by dirty brushes. Avoid unless you want to fix your paint. read more

I tried this car wash today because my truck had red dirt and road cinder all over it from central Oregon. As I pulled up and parked to talk about my truck, I saw a chubby little lady come running out to help a lady in a minivan. I noticed the brushes ripped off her front license plate. She was try to console the lady and ran back in to get a tool box. I watched her working on it as I spoke to a young man taking money. I rolled the dice and paid my $8. They did pretty Good except the grill and the center of the hood. I had a towel and pulled next door and wiped it down to check their work. Note: there's a sign there that says "stay in your car, icy when wet. However it was 50 degrees outside. I suspect this is a tactic to get customers to drive off and not examine they vehicle for damages. I recognize the liability of customers falling but it seemed convenient. I say use caution here based on the jerky tire pull mechanisms and the directions from the guy with the instruction board. read more

I visited this car wash late in the middle of the week. I used the self-serve car wash, spraying my car with soapy pre-soak, scrubbing the entire car with the foaming brush, and then rinsing the car with the power washer rinse. When my car was wet, it looked clean. My car is black and it was dark. I got home and parked my car in the garage over night to let the water dry. The next morning, I looked at the car and was disgusted to find that my effort to wash the car was useless. The car was still completely filthy and looked as if I hadn't even washed the car at all. THIS PLACE IS CHEAP AND THEY DON'T PROVIDE THE NECESSARY SOAP TO CLEAN THE CAR. I know that I will never go to this car wash ever again. I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE ALL PEOPLE IN CORVALLIS TO STAY AWAY AND USE YOUR MONEY ON A REAL CAR WASH!!! read more

When all you see on the yelp review is pictures of scratches and no pictures of the car wash you know I'm not going to that car wash

I visited a week or so ago to give my UNDAMAGED car a quick wash. Turned out it would be the most expensive wash I ever received when I noticed their system removed and destroyed my previously UNDAMAGED grille assembly. I returned to them removing portions of it from the wash. I filled out a claim and was told I would be contacted. I was about a day later to be told that the only way my car could have been damaged was if it already had damage. Uhhh, no it didn't. I argued that fact and was sarcastically told "if it hadn't it would still be there". Wow. The manager even sent some fuzzy pictures claiming to show damage. Of course it didn't, but I understand it's his job to stick it to people. Anyway, either take a picture of your car in the drive before hand, or use at your own risk! read more

The most violent car wash I've ever been to. The scrubbers moved so fast and BANGED my car throughout the entire wash. It was such a loud experience, I knew something wasn't right. When I got out I noticed scratches all over my car. This place should be shut down. I am extremely upset and would never recommend this place to anyone. While they wear cute uniforms and generally are friendly, they have some 'policies', which are apparently imposed by the management, which involved take various covers OFF YOUR CAR and then HANDING THEM TO YOU to take through the car wash. The attendant took off my tow hitch cover and handed it to me, which pissed me off because they NEVER come off and her taking it off only increases the likelihood of it breaking. So after my hands got all fucking dirty, i handed it back to her and I told her to put it back on, which she did. But of course the lady put it on upside down, forcing me to deal with it on the back end. Whatever. This Kaady company really is the pits.. This one and the self serve station up the street. read more

We accidentally locked our keys in our car but the woman at the car wash was super helpful and sweet. Totally made our day better. We had to wait for someone to show up to unlock the car but in the meantime got the car nice and shiny with the awesome rainbow foam! Thanks Kaady! Excellent customer service! read more

We got the Supreme wash a few weeks ago and it did not get all of the bugs off of our windshield. We just now went back and got the Supreme wash again. This time we asked the attendant if he could make sure the bugs were cleaned off of the windshield. He said, "Both of our washes clean the same." What? We repeated our request and also told him the same thing happened the last time we were here. His response was to give us a pamphlet listing all of the things in the world that can make marks on cars. We went through the car wash anyways, and guess what? There are still bugs on our windshield! We will not be going back. read more

Normally this car wash is great but today it was pretty crappy. Purchased the premium wash and about miles down the road realized that the car was dirtier than before I went through the wash. So I went back and the lady working said we could go back through for free but we had to sign a clipboard that had at least 15 other signatures from the same day. The second time i went through the car wash, and checked my car again it was still dirtier than before I went through the car wash. I went back to the lady again and asked for my money back, and she said they don't give refunds! All she gave us was a card with the managers number on it, so we could talk to that person! We went here when they first opened. My partner took his car first. It was clean and did the job then I took my car through. It also cleaned it (as good as a machine can). Then we noticed our license plates were bent and our year stickers were missing on BOTH cars. We drove over to complain and they said there was NO way their machines were that powerful. Well our car was went from $6 to $16 because we had to replace our year stickers and they wouldn't do anything about it. A few weeks later our friend told is that the shop he takes his car into doesn't give out car wash tickets to that place anymore because they've had to fix LOTS of license plates from it. Never going back. If you decide to go, take a photo of your plates and other accessories on your car BEFORE going through. read more

This place has the absolute worst customer service and they don't even get your car clean. I pulled up and the guy told me that I should remove my antenna because it looked loose to him. I tugged on my antenna and it was fine. He insisted and I said no. He proceeded to take it off anyway. I told him to stop and he kept going... Seriously!? I'm pissed but I proceed anyway. No body reattached my antenna for me and the bug splatters still remained all over my car. Stay away. read more

My wife and I used to use Splish Splash all the time and happily tipped the staff that pre-washed the wheels, bumper and hand dried our windows. Since Kaady took over we've gone twice and that was three times too many. We were greeted by two rushed bow-tie wearing kids that took our money and one young lady hoarsely yelling at me to put the car in neutral, too not apply my brakes and roll up my window. (I was waiting for her to hand me the cloth to wipe down the dash, which they obviously don't do). There was no pre-wash either so our car's wheels are still dirty as are both the front and rear fascia (not to mention the dusty dashboard). After going through the car wash I waited for an attendant, who never arrived, to remove the painter's tape from the back window wiper. I had to get out and remove it myself and when I couldn't find a garbage bin I tossed it on the ground in disgust and drove off never to return again. Throughout the day we noticed half clean cars all over town with painter's tape on their rear wipers and shook our heads in disbelief. We now have tiny swirl scratches in the paint that I hope I can wax out, I will hand wash and wax the car myself from now on. Stay away from Kaady. read more

Terrible service. Every time you switch to rinse it covers your car in pink soap that is impossible to remove I had to spend over $20 and rinse for 15 minutes just to get the soapsuds off. The attendant was very nice but the owner would not refund the final six dollars that I spent after the second time it put the soap on my car when I switched to rinse. This place sucks. read more

Workers are friendly and helpful but the new manager is rude. My car wasn't clean the first time and they ran it through again. I pulled around to look at the front and it still had some bugs on it. The manager came out to give me tips on how to get them off. He gave me points but was talking down to me the whole time. Will not be returning. The former manager was more helpful and polite. read more

When I pulled up, I asked if they thought they could clean my Prius, as I had a lot of bug splats on the hood. They said, "No problem". I paid for the Premium Wash at $10.00. I went through, and the bug splats were still there, so I drove back, and had to sign a sheet, and they ran it through again- still dirty! I drove back over, and the manager said I'd have to fill out a special report if I wanted to go through again. I said I wanted my car clean, or my money back. He said he couldn't give me my money back. I got a little angry, and said "Either clean my car, give me my money back, or I'm not moving from this spot until you do!". He said he'd call his manager. Well, they sent me through again, and I just went home after. I looked at the front of the car, the bug splats are STILL there, and their machines totally bent my custom chrome license plate cover about four inches away from the bumper!!! Please avoid this place at ALL costs. They will actually hurt your car!!!! read more

After running load of garbage to dump, wanted my pickup washed down as it was a bit stinky and had several months of road dust caked on. The guy claimed my bed needed a sweep out, fine, but then said it was full of grease/oil and he couldn't run my truck through as the oil/grease would get on their equipment and soil others' vehicles. Oh bullsh*t, gimme a break. There was no oil/grease, the bed needed a sweep out if a bit of pea gravel offends. I guess only Escalades and Audis are good enough to go through Kaady's. Will never go back. Don't appreciate being treated as second class citizen. read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. Jerk employees and creep manager. I had an old non-working CB antenna, I tried to take it off before but it it wouldn't budge. Just left it on since it was easy to ID the car in a parking lot. The Kaady manager seemed almost gleeful taking scissors to the wire, pulling off the antenna and throwing it in the trash. There are no good car wash places in Corvallis. The Kaady down the street has ineffective vacuums and crappy hand washes. read more

In fairness, Corvallis has NO car washes with real hand washing workers who wash your windows and wipe down the interior, so after using Kaady for over a year now I'd have to say I like it better than the very small range of competitors in town. Yes, the workers must make stupid air traffic control hand signals to guide drivers into the wash and, yes, they wear dumb bow ties and plastic, fake smiles on their faces, but the was is cheap ($6 or $10), fast, and at the end the blowers actually make the car almost dry. Makes me not miss the Splish Splash window wipers so much. Better than washing yourself with hoses and wands down at Kaady Express, the place on 4th Street, or the auto wash on Circle. 700.00 dollars to replace window trim on my F-150, the wash mechanism snags your car/ truck and pulls off trim. The employees are clueless and I never heard a word from management. Stay away! read more
