If I could give this place zero stars I would. They claim that if they don't do the wash properly, they will gladly run the car through again. My concept of a "Proper Wash" is that they get the dirt and the bugs off ... not too high of expectations right? When I ran my vehicle back in for a redo, the kid, who claimed to be the assistant manager, started yelling saying that it was not their fault. When I tried to get out of my vehicle to show them what they missed, this kid, slammed the door on me! Then he told me that if I didn't leave, he would call the police. Since I couldn't move forward through the wash again, the only way out was to back up and there were cars behind me. What kind of a business drives customers away?? A VERY low end establishment. I have been going there for years and have been satisfied up until the last 3 washes and I got the same attitude each time that I asked for the "rewash". Bring your business elsewhere is my advice ... or even do it yourself. read more

Wow! SUPER happy with how well this car wash experience went. Used this for my Lexus RX330 and very happy with how well my vehicle was treated. Got a chance to meet the owner (Spencer) and it's really cool to see someone who's so dedicated and passionate about taking care of cars. I was able to chat with him about the types of products they use in the car wash and make sure there's nothing that could scratch my car. What I like about his approach is he's basically taking the same attitude they use when detailing cars, and giving that kind of philosophy to a drive-thru car wash. If you're coming for the first time, you'll want to approach from the right side (when facing the Exit), and drive past the vacuum stations. Then like a typical drive-thru car wash, you can just wait in your car until they ask what type of service you'd like. There are three levels: Basic, Super and Extreme. Basic is more of less just washing the dirt off your car, getting it clean. Super adds some protectants/polish, under-carriage wash so your car will stay a little cleaner longer. I tried the 'Extreme' wash which adds Polymers to help further protect and keep your car looking cleaner longer. They do have a punch-card you can pre-purchase so if you want to buy 5 car wash services up-front, you'll get the 6th one free. After going through the wash, Spencer took the time to give me some tips for getting the most out of the wash, checked out a bird poop stain I had so I could get his advice on what could be done. He's more than happy to give advice, share his knowledge, tell you what products he'd recommend. Just a real down-to-earth guy, that loves taking care of people's vehicles and it really shows. Have come here lots of times and always get the basic wash and they give me a cloth to clean inside. Today at 9:45 first thing as I drove in with my window down they start spraying water on my car before I was stopped. Also refused to give me a cloth it doesn't come with a basic wash. read more

Love this place. Have used it for both my cars (Audi sportwagon and Mustang), and the $15 extreme wash is well worth the cost, especially with the wax job. It's nice to stay in the car while we go through the wash, too, and it's a relatively quick process, too. The optional wet towel for the dashboard is nice as well. The do-it-yourself vacuum option is also really sweet. The $1.50 could go a little farther in terms in time allotment on the vacuum, because it'd be nice to get the whole car done for five dollars. I usually have to spend six to get the Audi vacuumed properly. FYI. But the vacuums themselves are powerful, and the stations are nicely set up with spots to hang your floor mats while you vacuum those. Love this place! read more

Went there today 7/24/19 with my new Honda Civic and came out with several small scratches on the top of the trunk door as well as a few on the roof of my car as well. The actual wash was only OK. There were plenty of water spots on both sides of the car. I know if I went back there is nothing they would be able to do. Will not be back obviously and will be washing my car on my own from now on. read more

When I went in to find out why the employees called the manager and when he got me on the phone he started cursing at me aggressively. Used the word fuck multiple times. I will never return to a Personal Touch Car Wash. Also my car had soap on it after the last couple washes. read more

Sincere workers. Owner doesn't refrain from getting in the trenches with his employees which is always respected. I have the unlimited wash and it's super nice just pulling up and being ready to go. Note this review is about the vacuums on the premise not about the car wash. The vacuums cost $1.50 for about 5 minutes of suction time. The vacuum struggled to pick up sand or any type of dirt that was heavier than a leaf. I do not recommend if you want to thoroughly clean your car. read more

The price for the Extreme car was is $15. For that price, I would expect a superior job. I was greatly disappointed by my experience. There were several large spots that were missed, and the "hand wheel cleaning" left my wheels still fairly dirty. I would not recommend this car wash if you're looking for a quality job. read more

Went in Monday morning. My car had been sitting under a tree for two years and had moss growing everywhere. Told the guy not to worry about getting it spotless because it was so dirty and I only got the basic wash. All I can say is wow. My car had never looked so clean before. Took my car through this wash today and it was AWFUL! My car was not really bad but definitely needed a little wash so I passed by here and decided to go through. I paid for the most expensive one because I thought that would make sure to get the job done right but I was very wrong. There is still bug splatter on my side mirrors, the rear hatch doesn't even look like it was touched with soap or water, and there are little dirt spots all over my car! I don't do reviews ever but this was definitely bad enough to say something! I will never go here again! read more
