The staff was super friendly, asked what I was looking for in a ride and actually steered me toward a Trek. I test drove the bike I came to try then the Trek and was really impressed with the Trek's ride. And, speaking of test drives, they have a test track (just around the block) that does a good job of giving you a good test drive--it had a little slope to experience gearshifts, potholes to test the suspension, and was scenic to boot. I liked the Trek's ride so much so, that I paid for that model and the necessary extra equipment (kick stand, back bike rack for panniers) right on the spot. They even installed the kickstand and the rack for me while I went home to get my bike rack and my wife who also tried and purchased a Trek for herself. And, while I paid more than the bicycle I'd originally come to try out, I am sublimely happy with my choice. I've ridden four out of seven days this last week and am loving this new cycle. That kind of service adds a value I can't even begin to put a price tag on. In short, they're not at all pushy, they listened to what I wanted to do with the bike (exercise, cycle to the grocery store) fitted my bike to me perfectly, and their service team was incredible. If this guy had spoken that way to a younger me it wouldn't have ended with a bad review. An overdue update for the Cape Henry Trail after four years…read more My review focuses mostly on the stretch from Great Neck Road to the entrance of First Landing State Park which is around 1.2 miles. The trail offers a wide paved trail for walking, or running. No motorized vehicles are permitted. Unfortunately e bikes are still utilized in non pedal mode and buzz walkers...sigh! Worse are kids on actual mini bikes. It's fun to walk through Cape Story Park and see the activity on a warm day. Typically walkers and runners are respectful of one another. Often those that use are families and strollers are common. Debris is a rare sight. Get out and enjoy this nice easement turned paved trail and extend into the state park if time allows.
