I was greeted immediately at the door and I wish I could remember their names, but everyone I interacted with was polite and professional. I didn't know how bad my bike was until I started training again. They did the $85 tuneup, and now all the gears shift so smooth. There was a slight wobble in the rear wheel, which I got use to, but they trued the wheel and now it's studier and straight. I'm very happy with the service and I'll be bringing my older Trex 820 and have it tuned before the spring riding season.

He tuned up my bike perfectly and helped my husband choose a step through bike when a knee replacement forced him to adapt. He was wary of the whole Idea of a step through bike. However, rather than just sell us the most expensive bike, the owner educated him on step-throughs, reviewing all the pros and cons of various options. He ended up being really happy with his choice.
