I was greeted immediately at the door and I wish I could remember their names, but everyone I interacted with was polite and professional. I didn't know how bad my bike was until I started training again. They did the $85 tuneup, and now all the gears shift so smooth. There was a slight wobble in the rear wheel, which I got use to, but they trued the wheel and now it's studier and straight.
