Robert responded back in a timely fashion with an appointment within a days time frame that was really appreciated as living with pest is gorse specifically during pandemic. He was at the location(s) as promised and did a thorough job of inspecting around the unit to take care of the root cause. He ensured everything was taken care from outside and then treated inside with sprays for the roaches and mice traps inside the unit at all possible location with a warranty period. The next 2 weeks, I was going home anxiously hoping to smell a dead mouse... A whole month later, I was seeing evidence that the green poison blocks were being eaten, and there was green poop everywhere, but still the mice ran my house freely and apparently in good health. I called the company and told them about this, and they said "Oh, we get calls like this some times, give it a few more weeks". WHAATTTT??? It's already been 1 month, and they should have died already! I went to home depot and bought some sticky traps, and within 1 week, they caught the two mice that had invaded my home. Needless to say, I spent $175 on mouse candy and 100 packs of poison that the mice never touched. I also spent $4 on some sticky traps...and you know what...it angers me to even repeat. They have horrible customer service and they have old poison that doesn't do a thing.
