They did a fantastic job of coming out on short notice to go over all of our property here that needed to be moved and they gave us a very competitive quote the same day in fact multiple quotes as I needed different things broken up for comparison. In the end, we already had our truck booked and we were stuck using their moving service, but I wish I could've gone with these guys as the whole team was just fantastic as far as being professional, responsive and organized. I also know that the folks that lived in our home before actually had used their services and were quite happy with them.

Do not recommend this company. Their staff was very slow and came unprepared. They didn't have all…read morethe packing supplies or proper tools to remove Tv mounts on day 1 as promised. Day 2 they took 13 hours to move half of a house with two small trailers. They also had no tools and had to use ours (simple drills, screwdriver etc). Keep in mind we paid to have them disassemble and assemble in the one day move. They ruined a brand new mattress with grease hand stains, and did not put our front door back on hinges properly. And to boot...they quoted $4,700 for the move and then hit us with a $5,300 bill, saying their guys worked 30 mins over the quote. The main issue being that they took longer because we had to unpack and find our tools to allow them to use. ***edit to respond to Victoria*** This response is a perfect example of the miscommunication and lack of professionalism. Nobody ever requested to leave a tv up. The day of packing, my husband was playing Xbox and said "whenever yall need to pack this let me know and I'll shut this down". This is also when we discovered that they did not have any tools to remove the TV, so, the TV wasn't going to be removed either way that day. Nobody was ever asked to "make beds" but we paid to have them put together (assembled). The movers also were not met with hostility. You had a group of young men with neck tattoos talking and bragging about their time in prison in front of everyone (including our children). My husband did the responsible thing, which was to address the staff as a whole. I'll mention he also tipped each one $100 bill at the end. We did this because it was apparent that the fault was on managment and not the individuals. They came both days unprepared without proper tools. Two separate groups of movers on two different days being paid to pack, dis-assemble and re-assemble furniture. (How is that possible?) Nobody was ever "cussed out" in person or on the phone. My husband called the very next morning and left a voicemail for the owner that was never returned. This response and lack of accountability again proves why I would never recommend this company.

Wish I could give them more than five stars!…read more I chose this company even though I live in Dallas and my daughter was moving in San Marcos. The excellent reviews helped me make my decision, and I'm so glad they did. Tony contacted me the day of the move to let me know the crew was running ahead of schedule and asked if it would be okay to arrive early. They arrived as promised, handled everything professionally, and completed the move within the agreed-upon timeframe. The checkout process was quick, easy, and hassle-free. I wasn't able to be there in person, and this was my daughter's first experience with hiring movers, so we weren't sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised by how smoothly everything went. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional moving company.

They didn't bring an appliance dolly, and I SPECIFICALLY told them to be careful with the refrigerator so as not to tear the flooring -- and then they tore up the flooring in our brand new home. They did pay our repair person to fix this but there's no reason they should not have had the proper equipment to move the refrigator as it was on our inventory. We then found a dent in the door of said brand new refrigerator. We then discovered the master bedroom dressor is coming apart, and the drawers no longer work because of this. Also a brand new piece of furniture. They didn't handle things with care. They were in a hurry to get to their next job that afternoon, and quality suffered. The guys who came out were friendly and personable, but that does not excuse the mishandling of our belongings. I can't recommend this company at this point. Seguin, TX

Each person took the time to introduce themselves, learn our names, and shake our hands, and that first impression really set the tone for the whole move. They took incredible care of our home and our belongings. They covered the doors, protected the floors, and carefully wrapped and covered all of our furniture before moving anything. It was obvious that they weren't just trying to get the job done, they genuinely cared about doing it the right way. They even finished ahead of their estimated time, which was an awesome bonus! As a veteran, I especially appreciated how well they took care of my family and us throughout the entire process. They even offer a veterans discount, which was a really meaningful touch.

1 Star -- An Extremely Disappointing and Traumatic Moving Experience…read more It has taken me a couple of months to process this experience and honestly get past how traumatic it was, which is why I am only now writing this review. This was my second time using Evolution Movers, and I deeply regret trusting them with my belongings a second time. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. From the beginning, the movers made me feel uneasy and uncomfortable. There were rude, condescending comments made about my belongings, and my wishes regarding how my home and property were handled were repeatedly disregarded. They insisted on going through areas of my home despite my objections and showed a complete lack of care when it came to doorways, floors, and my personal property. I even purchased drinks for the crew, only to have one of the movers tell me, with an attitude, that he didn't like grape Powerade. My belongings were made fun of, and I could hear complaints about having to move certain items, including my plants. As a customer who had hired and paid for a professional moving service, I found this behavior incredibly disrespectful. Unfortunately, the problems weren't limited to their attitude. Multiple items were damaged or broken during transit. Their truck also tore up my driveway while backing in, once again demonstrating what felt like a complete disregard for my property. Perhaps one of the most unprofessional things I witnessed was the movers working out on our gym equipment while they were on the clock. I did purchase insurance through the company to protect against damage. However, getting the damage addressed was not a simple process. It ultimately required me to have a contractor come out, assess the damage, and provide a written estimate before the company would cover the full amount of the insurance I had purchased. I did make management aware of what happened. The explanation I received was that they were understaffed and hot, as though those circumstances explained or excused the way I and my belongings were treated. Being understaffed or working in the heat does not justify disrespecting a customer's home, belongings, property, or boundaries. As a veteran and healthcare professional, I have always believed in treating people and their property with respect, professionalism, and dignity. I expect the same when I hire a company to come into my home and handle everything I have worked hard for. This experience was far beyond simply having a few things damaged during a move. It was the overall lack of professionalism, respect, care, and consideration that made this experience so upsetting. I gave Evolution Movers a second opportunity based on my previous experience with the company. I sincerely regret that decision. I cannot recommend Evolution Movers based on my experience. If you are considering hiring them, I strongly encourage you to ask very specific questions about how they handle property, damage, employee conduct, and customer complaints before trusting them with your home and belongings.

I would send email and left voicemails concerning the contract and that should have been my sign to back out. I arranged to have packers and movers. I expected Bellhop to show up and I am assuming Bellhop is a broker and contracted Robles Moving. The packers showed up on time and brought only 6 wardrobe boxes for a full 1 bedroom packing. Of course Samuel was not returning any phone calls, but the movers called their manager and Samuel put this down and all I would need. I had to wait 2 hours while one of the workers went back to the warehouse to get more boxes. The movers did not check the closets and ran out of boxes. I then have to go to Home Depot for more boxes. They folded my hanging clothes and put them in a small box instead of using the wardrobe boxes I brought. The movers wasted the garment boxes on a hodge podge of items. To think I gave the movers rugs that I didn't want a beverages to drink and to be done like this is absurd. Now onto the mover. I had to double check behind them twice because they were going to leave things. (Which they left my step ladder). Stringing at my new apartment they scratch up the from door and laid my bicycle again the wall which resulted in marks and a gash in the wall. The some of the boxes were mixed with everything. The movers scratched my wood tv stand, broke my bookshelf in to places and scratched the hardwood floors. I would not wish this company on my enemies.
