In 2 weeks, they came in and fixed all 3 steps within a single day. I was in communication with project manager throughout the process. He was very responsive. Got all it done so efficiently with very reasonable pricing. Steps look amazing, lot of the neighbors praised their work. Back in 2017 I had hired Angels to redo my house's sidewalk. They did an amazing from start to end, including permits and inspections. After all those years the pavement still maintains the quality and firmness.

We had a good initial meeting the head landscaper and we asked for multiple things to be done. The initial price quoted seemed fair and we were anxious to get it done. He seemed to want us to do part of what we were asking through him and not the company he is working for. Once they arrived they fulfilled half of what we asked for and left. We arrived home believing they would be back to finish the work we talked about but it became clear they were under the impression they were complete with the job. We reached out to resolve our issue and were told the head landscaper had completed what we asked for. Eventually the main landscaper contacted us to Try and straighten out any issues we had and said to read to contract, and it's true, much of what we asked for what not delineated in fine print, so we were wrong to go with the verbal agreement. We figured we would just let it go until all the weeds came back in full glory 2 weeks later. There was no fertilization or soil grooming done at all. My wife called to complain today and was told this was something you have to specifically ask for. We are very unsatisfied with this company and how they operate. I'd strongly suggest avoiding them in the future.

After contracting with this company the past few years and firing them I leave the following…read morereview. This company just like most companies in the lawn-care business treat customers with strong distain. They promise far more than the customer ever receives. This company began by agreeing to maintain my sprinkler system. I explained that my system "was" installed by a journeyman that broke off from a company he worked for and began a private company. Unfortunately afterwards it was discovered that he hadn't installed my sprinkler system in the acceptable way of their industry. First time I realized there was a problem was when I had a problem with several of the sprinkler heads. When he came to my home, he began grabbing used sprinkler heads out of a small box that was stored in the back of his small minivan. He told me that he had rebuilt the used heads. Then there was a time when I rented a lawn aeration machine. After I was done and I turned on my sprinkler system, there were a dozen areas that had leaks from the plastic tubing which was not installed far enough below the surface of the lawn. Unfortunately the lawn sprinkler installer had fallen terminally ill. When I began researching sprinkler system companies, Greg Tanzer Sprinkler Company was located on the YELP search site. Even though the site only had a three star rating, I had requested that they come and look my system over with the intention of hiring them. After coming out and reviewing my sprinkler system, they agreed to service and maintain my system. Shortly after I had a problems with sprinkler heads reaching the required areas causing my lawn to have growth issues and flooding in other areas as well as timer issues. The company came out and replaced specific sprinkler heads but charged me for a service call that was explained by claiming the heads were covered but the labor to change them out was not. This was after a contract of over three hundred dollars was paid. When I called to protest the contract agreement, the woman on the line was very nasty and unsympathetic. Another instance of my sprinkler heads not retracting below the ground, the woman who had "no" installation experience merely stated that it was due to one of two components that pump the water but she couldn't explain which one and if after changing one of the two, I would also have to pay for the other pump. Each one costing over three hundred dollars. Another time she blamed the old rain sensor that they never changed out when they took over the system. Another three hundred dollar charge. Each year I asked to split my contract payment due to being retired and the woman gave me a problem. The final straw came when I kept having with the Timer Box losing the settings and once again the woman with zero experience with the system claims that I have to buy another Timer Box. I finally found one of their workers that would work on my system on his free time; however when it was apparently discovered the woman sent another technician out that became enraged and obnoxious, claiming that while discussing the issue accused me of spitting on him (I was at least seven feet away) as well as not speaking a reasonable amount of English. I finally asked him to leave my property and not to return. EVER!

I am beyond disappointed. from May until today 9/16 I have spent over $7000 on this "service"…read more today was the first time that I reached out to the owner Frank. my husband has called 3 times prior to question what exactly weekly service means. everything was overgrown twice now. I get changed almost $1800 when they come to butcher trim the shrubs. when I called today I was called a pain in the ass customer.. I've called once. I was also told that he didn't give a "F" what I pay, trimming is not in my contract.. I pay between $500-$600 a month for maintenance. I don't have a large property. Their maintenance is mowing the front lawn, and blowing out leaves poorly. I called today finally after their team was here for not even 10 min. I wanted to see how we could rectify the situation. I was cursed at a lot, for a while. I never raised my voice. actually I think I handled the very abusive attack from Frank, the owner pretty well inspite of starting to shake, and just crying as I got off the phone in shock that someone could speak to anyone else that way.. no less a customer who has only called once to say I'm dissatisfied with the service. very long story short please save your money, and self respect. if you're looking for mowing, and leaf blowing hire a high school kid. they'll treat you, and your property with a lot more respect I'm terrified to see what they're going to charge me now that I've canceled my "service"
