We ordered a worktop from them given all the 5-star reviews and honestly wish we hadn't…read more They outsource their worktops to third parties and the installers were incredibly difficult to work with. They messed up the measurements on our design, gave us a piece that was not the specified depth in our order. Then they came in to install the piece without telling us the timing, literally came to the house while our contractors were there without even giving us a heads up and left without getting the work signed off. Who does that? I was shocked. They ended up installing the piece wrongly and it's been a huge pain trying to get this rectified. We asked for a refund for the piece that was installed incorrectly and it's been like pulling teeth. Their communication is terrible, don't expect them to respond after they take your money. Don't use them if you're looking for a company that cares about doing a good job for their customers.

Their website is always current, which means you can scroll and narrow down and you see immediately what is in stock and not in inventory. I always called ahead prior to visiting the showroom, but you can certainly just walk in. Thrilled with my counters and highly recommend.

We called them about chips galore after a year - and note that other quartz companies guarantee their product for 10 years. We are meticulous in our kitchen. I am a designer and have used many quartz countertops and none as poorly made as this one. Cheaply made product I've had my counters only two years First they said they would replace them as the quartz was defective as per their representative and then they changed their mind as they felt 2 years was too much time So... If you purchase this slab from them expect it to look good for no more than two years Money down the drain!!!!!
