Before choosing a provider, we visited 3 different orthodontic offices to compare opinions, treatment plans, and cost. Dr. Gechoff and the staff was pleasant to work with from the beginning! His plan was ultimately the most cost effective and the least invasive for or 7 year old son. (Who had a long road ahead with treatment no matter how we went about it). The appointments have always been reasonable to schedule. And when we have had those pesky wires break, we have not had any issues getting in to get them fixed. After seeing the results of my sons mouth, I ultimately decided to come in for a consult on my lower (overlapping) teeth. I began invisalign for my treatment. Most recently I had the new digital scanning technology to image a tooth that needed a touchup. The tech was visibly frustrated with the difficulty of scanning my teeth because of my gum recession and exclaimed loudly in front of a room of juvenile patients, their parents, and staff as the seats are lined up with no privacy "Ugh It's your teeth!" I was completely humiliated about a health condition that has caused me severe depression and significant anxiety. Staff are insensitive to adult dental conditions.

Elite kept me well informed and even recommended me an amazing oral surgeon when I was having trouble finding one that worked with my insurance. The office is clean and has a section for all your braces needs like wax, floss, toothbrushes, etc. there are also three sinks where you can brush and floss before getting your braces tightened. Every visit felt efficient and fast. The techs who tightened my braces were always professional and gentle. Special shoutout to Ashley who always was so friendly anytime she tightened my braces. Like another reviewer stated, the offices are spotless. They are not fancy but have all the needed equipment. Not all the staff speak English well or at all but all the dentists do and a lot of the other staff does too. I went there because I almost fell on the floor when the oral surgeon my regular dentist referred me to told me what "my portion" of the bill would be after insurance and We have good insurance. One of my clients had shortly before reccomended Adame to me. He had gone there for years for all his dental work. He was a salty old sea dog who would not put up with anything from nobody so his word ranked high with me. I was amazed with how much less expensive it was. The implant in 2013 cost me $1,650 before a refund from my insurance of $575. "My" portion at the US Oral Surgeon would have been $4,000. Hello! You just provide them with the forms from your insurance company and they will fill them in and then you submit it yourself. Every time I go, the small waiting room is filled. Largely by Americans. That should tell you something. They are also only 4 blocks from the border so you can park on this side and walk over which I reccomend. There is only street parking where they are located and it isn't plentiful.

I wish I had known that it would be $240 to repair, I would have checked somewhere else first.
