I have had 3 implants done there over a period of time starting 2013 through 2020 and will be having a 4th including bone grafts. My local regular dentist is also a highly trained cosmetic dentist and he has said what good work they do. He would not say that if it wasn't true. I have never had any problem with the work done. Like another reviewer stated, the offices are spotless. They are not fancy but have all the needed equipment. Not all the staff speak English well or at all but all the dentists do and a lot of the other staff does too.
I went there because I almost fell on the floor when the oral surgeon my regular dentist referred me to told me what "my portion" of the bill would be after insurance and We have good insurance. One of my clients had shortly before reccomended Adame to me. He had gone there for years for all his dental work. He was a salty old sea dog who would not put up with anything from nobody so his word ranked high with me. I was amazed with how much less expensive it was. The implant in 2013 cost me $1,650 before a refund from my insurance of $575. "My" portion at the US Oral Surgeon would have been $4,000. Hello! You just provide them with the forms from your insurance company and they will fill them in and then you submit it yourself.
