Elite kept me well informed and even recommended me an amazing oral surgeon when I was having trouble finding one that worked with my insurance. The office is clean and has a section for all your braces needs like wax, floss, toothbrushes, etc. there are also three sinks where you can brush and floss before getting your braces tightened. Every visit felt efficient and fast. The techs who tightened my braces were always professional and gentle. Special shoutout to Ashley who always was so friendly anytime she tightened my braces. The tech was visibly frustrated with the difficulty of scanning my teeth because of my gum recession and exclaimed loudly in front of a room of juvenile patients, their parents, and staff as the seats are lined up with no privacy "Ugh It's your teeth!" I was completely humiliated about a health condition that has caused me severe depression and significant anxiety. Staff are insensitive to adult dental conditions.

My issue is that the anesthesiologist Dr Zala accepts care credit but charges you 10% more if you choose to use it. In all my experience with care credit over the years I've never been charged a fee to use it. The point of it is to actually pay less, and allow you to not pay interest for a set amount of time. He also tries to get away with this by calling it a consultation fee. He also flat out told me he does this because their fees are too high. Well after I called care credit they explained the doctor was not supposed to do this and it broke their contract agreement. If I would have paid with cash or a different card, I would not have had this extra "10 percent consultation fee" on top. So it doesn't sound like consultation fee. Also the price was $225 for every 15 minutes and although my daughter was done in under an hour, I felt I got charged for well over what he did.

It was such a heartbreaking feeling to think she would never fully smile again. Our experience at Dr. Kuruvadi's office has been so inviting and kind. I always felt welcomed by the staff and really felt like part of their office family. I'm going to miss my visits here! The environment is professional and does not have a corporate (your just a number) feeling at all, I really enjoyed that.
