I absolutely love this place! You feel welcomed every time you walk in. It is fun to watch my 9 yr old son be independent and check himself in. My son finished his first phase a little over 1 year, and he couldn't be happier! We enjoy the snack area each time we visit! One son is a patient, and my other is just waiting with me. They love to play on the iPads while they wait! Dr. Goodman and his staff are so pleasant, and I couldn't be happier with this experience for my child. When he finished his 1st phase, he got a goodie bag and sparkling cider... so awesome! This location is very convenient to where we live. They always try to make an appointment work for working parents and with school/sport schedules. In addition, this office is SO CLEAN AND WELCOMING! I was referred to this office by my dentist because of my bruxism. Dr. Goodman and his staff explained my options and in the end, decided on a night guard that was more durable than the one that I was using. There were some complications with my insurance but Dr. Goodman and his staff was able to take care of me. The staff was very professional and I never felt pressured to agree to anything that I didn't need. I would recommend Dr. Goodman to others. After a frustrating experience with another dentist who could not see me for an orthodontics consultation until May, I was referred to Goodman Orthodontics by Dr. Cardoza's office. I found that this office was accommodating and professional. Mary Beth was able to assist me over the phone with scheduling an appointment for the following week and made the intake process so easy for me. She also addressed my concerns about my MetLife insurance. Going into the office was nice too. They seem to be very up-to-date technologically and everyone I worked with patiently answered and addressed my questions. Nick and Dr.Goodman showed me the best options to correct my issue and made sure that whichever option I chose, worked best with my current lifestyle. I was able to get a breakdown of each option (braces, clear braces, or aligners) and how it would look with my insurance coverage, in-full payments, or a payment plan. I've been to offices that made me feel like they wanted to just charge me a lot but this office really emphasized giving an explanation of what I was being charged and why. I really appreciated that. I felt like this office really addressed everything I needed and went above and beyond.
