    I broke the chain while borrowing my roommates 20 year old schwinn that was left outside for years (though winters!) so i wasn't surprised when the chain snapped in staters prking lot LomaLinda. Safe...but not cool. As the rule goes, if u break it, you fix it. They made it better than brand new. And way cooler than anything new imo. I want the bike now, so I'll look for an old frame that I can make custom w the service dept. Great people, excellent work. AA+

    Redlands CycleryUSA keeps me and my bikes happy! Specialized carbon Era and a specialized turbo levo both come back to me quiet and shiny! Quick, smart mechanics as well as Heather & Al who greet you by name like cheers. I get my bike fit for my road bikes done here too. My townie electric for granny as well as the trek for kiddo mtb discounted for loyalty and club ride membership! Great value and lots of love here. BUY bikes here, wheel sets, pedals, grips, chains, lube, stand, kits, helmets, racks, and cages! All my biking needs met. Not snobs mid range prices seem fair.

    I've had the worst luck with the rear wheel on my cargo bike recently. It started with the dreaded rubbing sound that indicates the spokes need to be re-tensioned. Took it the local bike shop and they found 3 broken spokes; at the time we only had 150 miles on it. We just had it in the shop at 105 miles for the initial tune up so we were sure the spokes were tensioned properly. Bunch Bike didn't think that was right and replaced the entire back wheel! Another 200 miles resulted in a cracked rim. Once again Bunch Bike, the manufacturer, came through with a stronger rim, complete with new hub and 12 gauge spokes in a different hand-built lacing pattern. Both incidents were covered by warranty for replacement parts, labor costs and free shipping. On the way back home from Redlands Cyclery a scraping sound started after a few miles. Back to the shop and the mechanics were baffled. We eliminated fender rub, rear disk brake, the spokes don't cross on the stronger rim and wheel alignment was true on this brand new rim. We even removed the Cafe wheel lock but the noise persisted. That only leaves the electric motor. A call was arranged between Dillon, the mechanic and Product Manager, Elliot. Elliot was convinced there were no other troubleshooting tips we hadn't tried and shipped out another strong rim complete with spokes and new motor. When the replacement wheel arrived, Redlands Cyclery made the repair while we waited. A return label was included so the defective wheel can be inspected. Another example how well Bunch Bikes and Redlands Cyclery treat their customers and wants everyone to be happy!

    I got a cheap bike from online and had some issues that made it difficult to ride. As a commuter student having an efficient and low cost method of traveling is important, so i took it in to get all the tune up needed to fix. I brought it in to this store on a thurs afternoon where Thomas helped me figure out the best tune up needed-tightening the splints or spokes? (the tiny bars that or on the wheels), aligning the derailer, fixing the gear shifter, and adjusting all brakes and the wires that comes with it- this all came out to $115. A bit pricey in my opinion but idk what goes into fixing all that. Finally got a msg notifying me that it was ready for pick up Mon afternoon- so a total of 3-4days (note i did not make appointment, i was walk-in). I have ridden it 3 times already and ive had no issues! This baby rides so smooth! They did a great job! I will update later to see if any issues arise, but as of now i am a happy camper and satisfied with the service! Pro-friendly, great tune up/ fixing Con- a little pricey (but if this bike lasts me than totally worth it) and maybe a little longer than expected in time to fix (again idk what goes into the work so maybe that was actually fast?) Overall 5 stars!

    I bought this bike at Don's. I was ready to spend it at Redlands Cyclery, but was put off by the customer service. I spent my money at Don's because they took the time to talk to me and answer my questions, even when I wasn't purchasing anything and I didn't need to feel like I had to be a racer with an unlimited budget to be worth their time.

    We've been purchasing our bicycles from Cyclery USA for over a decade now. Their customer service and selection is what keeps us coming in. This time around we were looking for a new bicycle for our youngest. Once we stepped into the showroom we were warmly welcomed by Tim who was no pressure to work with. He walked us through our options and made recommendations for our daughter. When we couldn't find the right sized bicycle, Tim took the time to check online for solutions and even went hunting through their showroom for possibilities bicycles. Since the bicycle she wanted didn't allow her to grow into it, Tim offered to buy the bike back at half the cost the following year, showing yet again why Cyclery USA is our source for bicycles. If you get a chance, check out their showroom and don't hesitate to visit their Service Center, well priced and extremely helpful!

    UPDATE ...... 2/15…read more Yucaipa Bike Center rocked it and took care of business. I took the bike into the shop and showed them the issues. The immediately apologized and showed legitimate concern and offered take care of the bike and get it back to me as quick as possible. I expected 2-3 days but they reached out to me the next day saying the bike was ready to be picked up. They even offered to extend the service period to 2 years for the inconvenience. Also, the helmet that I got ended up on back order with no expected ship date, so they went to another shop and got one. I have gotten a few rides in now and the bike is working and riding great. Now the rider just needs to get as good as the bike. It is easy to right bad reviews and forget about them. But let me say this, yes, I was very upset and frustrated but Yucaipa Bike Center made it right without excuses and that is the kind of place I want to do business with. Thank You to Yucaipa Bike Center and I look forward to doing business with you for a long time to come. I purchased a new Marlin 6 tonight. Super excited till I got home. I found that the new bike has two rims that are both untrue and the front brake rotor is rubbing. I put the deposit down on Sunday and was told it would be in Tuesday or Wednesday. We will call you as soon as we get it in. I had to call to see if it was in yet. So far not happy with Trek Bikes or Yucaipa Bike Center. Why would you let a bike leave your shop without making sure it was ready and right? I'm seriously considering getting my money back and doing business elsewhere. Customer service does not exist anymore Found another issue last night... I was to frustrated to post last night. The disk brakes aren't even tightened down! Seriously are you kidding me? I'm definitely not very pleased at all. I'lol let you know the final outcome, if they make it right or if I give it back.

Recently, while preparing for an upcoming Ironman 70.3, I had an unexpected maintenance issue come up right before leaving town. Scott and the maintenance team were incredibly accommodating and took care of everything last minute to get me race ready.     Genuinely the worst experience every time I go. I ask for a simple brake install and route and get…read morenothing but rude service and smart remarks. I explain what I needed twice and then was asked "well if you have your brakes all the way off already why didn't you do it yourself" I didn't know an establishment would actually RECOMMEND not giving service and accepting business from people. After explaining I didn't do it myself because I don't have the tools I was then corrected about the tools needed considering i know what I'm talking about and was then told that I would need to come in 3 weeks later with an appointment if I wanted service. Which would be TOTALLY UNDERSTANDABLE if it wasn't for the fact one out of all of the mechanics were actually working and the rest were chopping it up with bikes on stands waiting to be serviced. Im totally over this bike shop. it's not a first time visit I've had an experience like this
