All the times I have been at this location, the staff have been helpful and knowledgeable for the gear that I am looking at. I took some time to try on different helmets as it was time for me to replace my older helmet. The female staff member approached me and kindly offered some selections of helmets, adding the benefits of each. I used to also go to their old location north of 84 on El Camino, and I am extremely glad they moved to this location. Much larger space and very modern look for a Cycle Gear. Parking is also very easy as there is plenty of space in the back lot but also some easy parking right in front of the store. Thank you once again!

I personally just don't like being asked questions when I am looking at stuff. Sometimes one is not interested - just curious. If I say I don't need help I like to be left alone, not monitored, and if I have a question I will ask. But all in all - great store.

Both bikes are running really well after the work. I would love to highlight that Jason is not just exceptionally skilled mechanic but also his customer focused approach. He kept me up to date about the progress. He shared pictures of parts and measurements and explaining all the details and patiently answering all the questions I sending to him. He was handling sourcing of new parts for the 790 that have shown to be quite tricky with a shortage at this moment. I was very happy. If I have used authorized service I would probably paid double and it would also take double of time. If you want to treat your bike and yourself you should go to Jason.
