I came in this morning and was greeted by two of the kindest gentleman I have ever met. They were both incredibly patient, thoughtful and empathetic while we discussed the damage and what my options would be. I came back at the end of the day to some very good news and the even better unexpected news that they would go over my estimate with me to see where I could save on sourcing parts for the repair! Given that the last two shops I went to straight up lied and fudged the hell out of the estimate(to the point where I almost lost my bike because they claimed so much that State Farm wanted to total loss it) I was obviously nervous about going to a new shop to potentially have the same thing happen. I'm so happy to say I've found a new shop for life and that I've finally found people I can trust with my most precious belonging. Damaged rim, under inflated tires, refused responsibility, and called me a liar…read more Had a very unfortunate experience at Evolution after getting a minor service and rear tire change done. upon inspecting my bike after service I noticed deep radial scratches that covered about half the rim, and a few deep gouges where the bead of the tire meets the rim (mounting bar mark). I immediately called Evolution, sent photos of the damage, and they asked me to come in the next morning. Next morning, before even seeing the bike, they denied all responsibility and said it "was impossible" for their tire change machine to make such marks. they even showed me the bare steel breaker/mounting bar that obviously made the mark in the photo and said "this never gets close to the rim", and the marks on my rim look like "road damage". They also asked what I'd expect as a solution, I said "repair or replace". Then they said "we're not gonna do that, the wheel is $2500 and out of stock" and offered me %15 off my next service . So if they were so sure they didn't cause any damage, why did they look up the wheel to source, ask me what I wanted as a solution, and offer me %15 off my next service? Furthermore, both tire pressure sensors are reading low (pic is from warmed up tires ~20min riding), front tire 2psi low and rear tire 4psi low. I brought this up and they said my sensors were wrong, but they did not check again. I did with another gauge and they were in fact low. Lastly, I mentioned the oil also looked less than half full as I had checked on the center stand that morning (pic included). At this point they called me a liar even though I had pictures and video of everything I'm asserting. The hot engine oil measured good so I think I made a mistake checking the oil cold. But that doesn't make me a liar. What an awkward and frustrating experience after 5 years of being a happy customer.

He got me in right away , and I had him change all the cables, adjust the clutch , and adjust the carburetor. Runs great now , and his price was very reasonable . I will definitely bring it to him again next time I need any repairs done .

John was great at first but then he started saying I was beating my bike because he found a lot of…read moremetallic material in my transmission and he found chunks of metal in my primary... found out later that he overtightend my primary chain which blew out all my bearings in my transmission and the metal in my primary was the teeth off my starter/ring gear because the primary chain was soo tight the starter couldn't fall into place it just chewed the gear wherever it landed... that was after I spent good money on motor work and had to take it back to him three times for oil leaks needless to say I will never be back hope this helps others out
