If you have not tried CycleBar in Wyckoff yet, you seriously do not know what you are missing! Get out there and book your bike NOW! This place is absolutely AMAZING! It is extremely clean and very well kept. The owners, Pedro and Jodi are the BEST around! They are honest, friendly and really go out of their way to make sure your visit is perfect. Now let's get to the instructors and your workout. The instructors are AWESOME!!!! Their playlist are phenomenal! They work really hard at what they do, and it really shows. If you ever have any questions, or need advice on how to do things different or better, they are right there to guide you along the way. The classes are so much fun, the time just flies by. That was my first spin class ever! It's such a nice facility and feels very clean and you and the staff is very friendly. The instructor was awesome and he definitely put you in the mood. You think you will only be cycling away but that's not it. He at some are more accounts and he has you stand up sit back down just to work out more done your quadriceps muscle. They have different class schedules such as makes it Mondays and throwback Thursday's happy hour Fridays. Definitely worth trying! read more

I've been coming here since it opened. It's the best place in bergen county to spin and I only like to take class with Kelly. If you haven't taken a class with her you are seriously missing out. She keeps things real and it actually feels like a work out!!! I have taken spin classes a many different studios including soul cycle and I can honestly say that Kelly is the BEST instructor I have ever had at ANY Spin studio. PLEASE give this girl more classes to teach!!!! She deserves to be on the schedule more! read more

Clean facility, friendly staff, reasonable rates. Pedro has always been very welcoming and helpful. I've taken classes with Nikki and Rahmael and enjoyed both, as they are both very encouraging and interactive. Definitely a great workout, as they will change up the pace, exercises, and keep it competitive with your stats on screen and mini races during the class. I'm still a little confused with what the differences in some of the classes are but that's just my lack of attention to detail. The amenities such as the body wipes, fruit, and water bottles are a nice touch as well. read more

First time trying a spinning class after hearing how addictive and the workout you earn from doing it, so growing up and knowing the area pretty well my multiple google searches led me to Cyclebar Wyckoff. I was definitely apprehensive about my first class, but the workers who greated me and showed me the way to sign in, get your shoes from your corresponding cubby that are placed there prior to arriving made the entry to the studio seemless. I was given a quick tour and shown where the showers, lockers (set your own 4 digit personal code) water fill up area. Once changed I entered the cycling studio area, what a great setup. 3 rows of bikes, back row elevated higher than the middle so everyone can see the instructor. They were extremely patient and helpful getting me properly set up and taught me the way to clip in and unclip the provided (free) shoes. The class was intense to say the least, or I'm just not in 'spinning shape' yet... I went again tonight and found it easier to do (SLIGHTLY~still not ready for breaking ANY records) but in 50 minutes I definitely got my heart rate up and worked leg muscles that are now screaming at me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had the chance to take my first ever spin class here today, and I will definitely be back for more. The studio is clean (they just opened, so probably to be expected) and the staff was incredibly helpful in showing me how to set up my bike and how to latch my shoes in. The instructor, Rahmael, was a blast! I enjoyed his music selection and often found myself singing along while trying to keep pace. Looking forward to more classes here! read more

Cycle studios can be exceptionally intimidating (maybe, just for me, but intimidating and cliquey in my experience.) The Wyckoff location of CycleBar is completely unlike anything that I was expecting. It is truly a community that cares about each other. The instructors's are motivating and genuinely inspirational. I knew my workout was missing the critical cardio element but arthritis in both knees caused me to give up running. Tried CycleBar Wyckoff because one of my yoga teachers is also a CycleBar instructor. One of the best workouts you can imagine! The staff were so kind and helpful while it took me MANY visits to get the whole shoe into the peddle clip thing and height settings. If I can do it ANYONE can! The instructors are great - inspiring, encouraging and conscious of varying fitness levels. One has a mantra that goes something like "start where you are, work with what you have". That is absolutely the vibe here while you are still pushed to do your best. Shoes, towels, water provided - just show up. read more

Upbeat classes with wonderful people! Definitely a great overall experience from when you first walk in to when you leave. Signing in for classes is super easy and they have shoes waiting for you in cubbies when you arrive. The shoes clip into the bikes so if you aren't used to them and need help setting up on your bike, arriving early is probably a good idea. The unisex locker area has reusable water bottles and water stations, and towels, are on the bike ready for your use. Its a great studio, with great lighting and sound. There's also a TV screen in front that shows where you rank compared to others in the class (for the competitive types out there). As with most indoor cycling classes these days, it is pricey, but you get more for your money at Cyclebar than with other studios nearby. read more

I have an amazing experience at Cyclebar every time I go. Clean bathrooms with every amenity imaginable, the CycleTheater is state of the art and nicer than all the competitors and very friendly staff. If you go, be sure to take Lead Instructor Rahmaels class--HE'S THE BEST!!! read more
