I was told that management would be able to handle everything over the phone and that someone would call me. That call never came. While I was away, I discovered that I had still been charged for July. When I called to resolve the issue, I was told that cancellations had to be done in person, despite what I had originally been told. Today I came into the studio and explained the entire situation to Hannah, who introduced herself as the manager. She assured me that because I had already been charged in July, I would not be charged again on my next billing date (August 14). Based on that assurance, I signed the cancellation form and left. About an hour later, Hannah called me back and completely changed what she had told me. She informed me that I would still be responsible for paying for another full month, despite her earlier promise that I would not be charged. I am leaving again in just a few days and will not even be in the country to use those classes. Charging a customer for services they cannot use after repeatedly providing incorrect information is incredibly frustrating and feels unfair. This entire experience has shown a complete lack of professionalism, communication, and customer care. Instead of working with a long-time member who made every effort to cancel in advance, Orangetheory chose to hide behind its policies while giving inconsistent information along the way. Do yourself a favor and find a fitness studio that values its members, treats them with courtesy, and doesn't look for every opportunity to squeeze another month's payment out of them.

The staff here are phenomenal, not only are they extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond for needed accommodations. After my first week of classes the girls at the front desk remembered my name and asked how I was feeling after my class. That type of customer service shows they truly care about their clientele. I have and will continue to tell my friends how great the Rumble family is and that everyone should try it.

That's a substantial investment for a "trial." It's also kind of odd, because I've taken a handful of cardio boxing classes at other studios and in other states, so I own my own gloves -- a liner has never been required. I calmly asked him why he would say that and he stammered. He may have thought I'd shrink. No sir, wrong lady. The Women's Locker Room is in need of a nice paint job to make it appealing. I can't tell you how many times I've gone in every stall to find one stall with toilet paper. Sometimes none found. One positive is that I've seen machines cleaned and vacuumed daily. The cleaning people on the floor are friendly and kind. There are a couple of trainers who made eye contact and spoke to me directly and I appreciated it. I had no luck making an appointment with any trainer. After making an appointment with one, he had a woman call me back to ask who I was and how I got an appointment with him. Shame for him, I was willing to buy a package from him after my first visit. I then had another trainer appointment and had car trouble so called to cancel 48 hours in advance and she called me back and blasted me that her time was valuable too. I gave 48 hours notice. Their arrogance was a lost opportunity for them. I found an excellent trainer outside this gym. As for the muscular brother/owner. Yeesh "dude" - you've officially won the "Get Over Yourself" Award. People come in all sizes and shapes. There was another woman here who wrote about you in particular. It's not a one-off. I've had a similar experience. I did not speak or complain to you or anyone in that gym ever and you still managed to do that to me.

There's one tiny aircon hairdryer for the entire locker room, and if you have any kind of thick hair, it's not going to work at all. Good gym for working out, no bueno if you need to wash off after it.

Courtney's Suspend classes are awesome. And Allie's Center and Balance are perfect for a gentle restore mid-week. I've found the classes to be the right mix of pushing you to give your all, but flexible to match your specific ability. There are always options given to make a particular move easier/more challenging and this is truly a no judgement zone. People of all shapes, sizes, ages, and genders are welcomed with open arms.
